I so pleased with my travel scooter, it's so light & portable, fits easily into the boot of my corsa. The last thing I wanted was a hefty looking four wheeler , My travel scooter fits the bill perfectly, I've travelled easily to places I thought I'd never reach again because of my limited mobility. I love that it can move along quite swiftly & does plenty of milage on a full charge. Robert could not have been more helpful in answering my questions. Given me back some freedom & independence. One happy customer 😀

I placed an order for a replacement part and then received a telephone call to check which model of Travelscoot I had to make sure I had ordered the correct part. As soon as it was confirmed that I had the part was promptly dispatched. Always very friendly and helpful at Travelscoot.

Like so many other users of the Travelscoot mobility trike I found mine a complete game changer. I have been able to get to and attend many events that otherwise I would not. The important consideration being my ability to lift the trike into and out of my car boot on my own and with no help - meaning solo journeys, events and even shopping were on my agenda agin. I cannot recommend the Travelscoot too highly!

This is my second Travelscoot in 10 years and have found it excellent. I have my independence wherever we have gone. The service given by the company has been fantastic with delivery within 24 hours

Let down by their delivery company. it took them 5 days to make the delivery.

I chose the TravelScoot for several reasons. Something important to me is being able to go out on my own again. Independence and choice. Being able to attend events happening nearby and realising that I can now attend them without pain and discomfort.

The TravelScoot is manageable for getting in and out of my very small car boot. I can lift it myself and place it securely. Most importantly, I can attend hospital appointments without leaving home unreasonably early (because I have to walk and rest due to pain).

I do not live locally to the showroom. However, the website features numerous explanatory videos covering every subject related to the scooter, making the entire process significantly easier. I am confident and happy with my choice. It's opened my world up again. I'm doing things I used to and also, on occasion, walking when I can. Win win.

My battery would not charge. A replacement battery and charger was with me the following day.

Ordering was really simple, part delivered quickly.

Prompt service. Robert most helpful in sorting out any queries. The Travelscoot suits my needs and can be lifted in and out of the car with ease. Easy to assemble. Delivery was prompt.

I am really enjoying my travels with Travelscoot Escape. It gave me back my lost freedom. Air travel, holidays abroad & at home & trips to national trust sites, seaside trips etc are a breeze with the Travelscoot. TS goes everywhere. 👍👍

Robert couldn't have been more helpful or patient in getting me back on my Teavelscoot again. He arranged collection and delivery without any fuss and carried out repairs in very short time.

I had a scary experience when the scooter reared up on an uphill on my first test drive. After this I sent the scooter back as I live in quite a hilly town. Unfortunately the company deducts 10% from the refund if you've taken the scooter outside, so that cost me £300.

I thought the broken cable would be seen as a warranty fault as it happened within a year but sorry not. It takes while to get opportunity to travel from Sweden so I got help with a temporary solution repair from a service technician for wheelchairs in Sweden. Otherwise Paul & Co is gold worth helping. If only their was a shop here in Sweden!

Robert and Paul serviced my Travelscoot Deluxe today. My “Scoot” is my legs as I have arthritis in both knees. It has enabled me to explore the world and be independent. Unfortunately, the guys who load and unload the airplane (28+ trips world wide) are not as careful as I’d like and my Scoot had a lot of wear and tear. Cobblestones around the world were also probably a factor. Robert was great with directions to the shop and updating me on what my Scoot needed as the service progressed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the great service. I’m ready for more years of exploring the globe.
