It's a scam, payment done and no product, no email back and no money in the account

It is a scam, not shop, they shared twice tracking which is not working. They dont accept cancelling then order even if they receive my email 3 times in this topic!!!

Placed an order yesterday around noon time.
The Payement was taken from my account, about 5h later got one email informing that order was not finished due to miising payment, checked today my bank account and confirmed that money has been taken.
Contacted the chat and saying that the money was taken from my account the lady (Ana) told me 'it´s not possible, if we inform yopu its because its not paid'.
after sending her the copy's she finaly found my payment and informed me the new number of new order.
I've told her that what they were doing was fraud. she replied ''we are not playing, if you dont beleave I can cancel it''.
3 hours later I still haven't been informed id my order is going to be sent or not.

I placed my order on the 2nd April. Received an email with a tracking number on t 4th of April. the tracking number which said my order had been processed in Frankfurt. Then I received another email saying that my order had been shipped on the 12th of April. I sent an email on the 16th of April asking about my order and received a reply saying it had been shipped on the 12 of April by Lá post which is French and should take 3 to 5 days maybe a bit longer. So from DHL with tracking number to La Post without tracking number. I sent an email on the 23rd of April asking about my order. 11 days had past. They answered back that it had been sent and should take 4 to 10 days to arrive and if it hasn't arrived to email them back where they will either refund me or re send my order. The only good thing about them is that their customer support answers very fast but otherwise I'm not impressed.

the worst experience I've ever had, there is no support in Portuguese, I didn't receive any email start order confirmation. a site that works in Portugal and no one speaks Portuguese so far I haven't received an order confirmation from the carrier I don't recommend I waited more than 4 hours this morning to get an answer. When order arrives I will return it immediately. thanks

Extremely disappointed first my order was cancel because I use my UK card for an order to Portugal. I made a second order with a Portuguese card was supposed to arrive in 4 days then only arrive 2 weeks after! Now I can’t get the order because I’m not in Portugal for the next 4 weeks.
Will not order again

I have no words! Just awful! Never experienced this type of service before! Don't recommend it to anyone. Got a screen protection for my smartwatch, worth about 12euros total, and got plastic. Let me remind you that plastic does not stick well to led screens. If it creates bubbles, there's no getting around it. And 12euros?? For plastic? And for a delivery that got delayed for 2 weeks??? Incredibly disappointed. Plus, got 2 emails on how my delivery was not processed properly due to payment difficultys, when I got the delivery of my succefull payment right after I checked out. Nothing but trouble and an incredible waste of money. Worse part is, I got super excited for my new purchase, was first hand disappointed when it got passed delivery time, then when I got immense difficultys on contacting the company due to the meaningless emails, and instead got forwarded to an English worker because costumer service was out in my country!!!! Waited far too long, payed wayyy to much for a damn piece of plastic with glue on it!
