DONT GO NEAR THIS SCAM COMPANY
I was scammed a year ago, but I still see others are being scammed so I came back to write a second comment..
DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS WEBSITE. AT ALL.
You can book fast track through the airport website, make sure it isn't "my trip online". Absolute scammers.
They should get jail time and be forced to give back the money they've robbed from decent folks.
This company is a complete con
This company is a complete con , misleading and costly . Fast passes for security cost £14 from the airport but £93 from them , they charge you £14 then hit you with a £79 membership fee !!!!
Was offered a 20% discount for my trouble , I told them I want it all back .
Was told trial period was only three days , and that it was well highlighted on the page !!! This is not true . Stay clear of this con
This is a scam website
This is a scam website, DO NOT USE. I have tried buying 2 fast passes, the website did not work to get them and they charged me. That's not even the worse, 3 days later a payment of £79 has been taken out of my account from them in the form of a subscription that I have not used, read or even acknowledged. I have raised with my bank and emailed this website. THIS IS A SCAM!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
They’re a scam!
Don’t fall into their trap, they initially charge you a one off 1€ charge to issue the boarding passes, and after that they have a hidden subscription in their terms and conditions and charge you 3 days after a another absurd amount of around 79€ or so. Don’t get your boarding passes through them, their an absolute scam!
Do not use this company they are scamming people
I used this company when I googled online check in as I was having a problem getting my boarding card It said it was only £1.00 it didn’t work and eventually I got in touch with Emirates and the issue was sorted . This was back in June and I have just had my card statement and they have put a charge on for £71.00 How is this company being allowed to do this when I have read so many reviews of people that have had the same problem
NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS
NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS! A WEEK AFTER TRAVEL THEY CHGARGE FROM CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL 79 EUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fraud
This company seriously needs to be investigated and shut down for reaping people without providing any services.
I bought their £1 one off airline check-ins in service, they were unable to get me my e-ticket. They sent me massage that they were sorry and that would refund me which they did. Then after 3days, they took £79 from my card not nothing.
I am ready to go any length to recover my money because I didn’t sign up for any subscription and the service I paid for did not work too.
Better do not deal with them at all. They will be investigated and shut down
Misleading subscription charges
Misleading charges and unauthorized subscription – avoid this company
I purchased a one-time Fast Track pass at Gatwick Airport for £7 through My Trip Online. A few days later, I was unexpectedly charged £79 (€91.52) for a so-called subscription that I never agreed to.
The booking page and receipt clearly stated it was a single purchase only, with no mention of any membership or ongoing charges. This feels like a subscription trap and a very misleading practice.
When I looked online, I discovered that many other travelers have reported the same problem — being charged for subscriptions after thinking they only bought a one-time service.
I have now disputed the charge with my bank and blocked future payments. A company that operates like this should not be trusted, especially when handling travel services.
⚠️ Warning to other customers: Be very careful, check your statements, and avoid booking through My Trip Online.
THIS IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM. Do NOT use this website. I have had the same experience as everyone here with strange subscription charges I did not sign up for. I even cancelled my tickets. SCAM SCAM SCAM don’t use.
This website is a scam
This website is a complete and utter scam. It came up as the first website (sponsored) when I searched how to get my boarding pass for Air Lingus as I was unable to do it through my airlines app. The company charged me £1 for the boarding pass and then told me they were unable to give me the boarding pass. They then went on to charge me £79 pounds for a subscription I never agreed to. Customer service would not give me my money back and was extremely rude. I would like to see this company shut down all together.
Impossible to contact
Impossible to contact
cannot check in online
Demand payment for very minor changes that the airline says are unnecessary
Do not use
Scam - beware
Steer clear. This is a scam. I was trying to buy fast track passes but never managed to get to a payment page. I then noticed two charges on my credit card, £21 and 3 days later £79
After contacting them they e-mailed me to say my subscription had been cancelled as requested but as as I was ‘outwith the trial period’ they couldn’t refund.
I phoned and spoke with someone and explained I hadn;t reached a payment page and hadn’t taken out a subscription only to be told that ‘it clearly states on our website that we will take a subscription after the free trial’ - 3 days! Even when I pointed out that I hadn’t got to a page where I could click pay and that there had been no communication regarding a subscription, nor did we receive fast track passes I was simply told the same and then that it would be sent to their ‘compliance’ department.
Awful
Exactly the same experience as other negative posts. Somehow instead of booking with the airline direct (in this case, Lufthansa) as I always do , I inadvertantly clicked on this website and paid one pound-this was the day before my sister's funeral so I was distress and overloaded with urgent arran The website is completely not transparent as to what one is signing up to and paying. I thought it was a one-off booking service for that particular flight. Next thing I find that I have a purported subscription ; an attempt to debit a considerable sum (about 70-80 pounds) from my bank account presumably via my bank card. Luckily I was able to stop the payment and cancel the card.
Do not use this site
Do not use this site. I bought 4 fast track, didn’t get the email until I returned home so unable to even use them despite a 12 hour delay. They then charged me a further £68.32 for a subscription I never agreed to. I am going to report them to trading standards as they don’t bother replying to emails once you state it’s a complaint.
They are totally scummers
They are totally scummers, took from me £79 for nothing
SCAM
I had to pay €1 to check in online for Sky Express Airlines in Greece. Later, My Trip Online charged my card $92.56 for no reason. Thankfully, my bank caught it and marked it as a fraudulent transaction. This is a scam, and no airline should require this. It was inconvenient since I could no longer use that card on my trip!
My trip online scam
I'm a first time flyer I have no idea why or how I signed up for £1 but I did and 3 days later they charge me £79.
We wanted to inform you that for your upcoming flight, online check-in is unfortunately not available through the airline’s system.
As a result, you will need to collect your boarding pass directly at the airport check-in counter. Please make sure to arrive early enough to allow time for this process.
So I paid £80 total and they provided nothing. SCAMMERS
Complete con. Utterly deceptive.
Same experience as other reviewers—this is a scam.
Shouldn’t trading standards take action against such deception?
When you search for "check-in" on Google, this service is prominently promoted, but they are not legitimate!.
Despite charging me upfront, they refuse to refund, hiding behind their T&Cs.
Since when is a simple 'check-in' a subscription service? Their practices are blatantly deceptive, and they avoid answering direct questions. I demanded proof of the service they supposedly provided—no response!
Avoid at all costs.
Quarterly subscription
I faced the similar issue of losing 79 € to their hideous act of adding the quarterly subscription to the terms and conditions. Luckily, I live in Europe and I pressed this issue further and got a full 100% refund. They were reluctant to offer anything more than 50% refund but I kept on pressing the issue further and told them of pursuing the issue legally. In the end, I got my hard-earned money back.
To everyone who lost their money in the quarterly subscription that they didn't sign up for and didn't receive any email confirmation of the subscription, please cancel the subscription first and then press the issue to their customer team and you will have a resolution.
Good luck!
