Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 115 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported being unknowingly enrolled in recurring subscriptions, typically for around £79 or €79, after a small initial payment. These significant charges were often not clearly disclosed on the website or during the transaction. Reviewers frequently found it difficult to obtain full refunds for these unauthorized subscriptions, often receiving only partial amounts. However, some people mentioned that the initial small payment for services like fast track or check-in often did not work as expected. Many also had to involve their banks to block unauthorized charges or dispute transactions, sometimes requiring card cancellations.

Beware - contact your bank ASAP

I had the exact same experience as other posters here. It's impossible to cancel your bogus subscription via the bogus (non existent) travel dashboard.

The phone number doesn't work and the emails aren't GDPR compliant. I'll be calling my bank to cancel all payments.

Be aware, not a genuine company

Be aware, it's a scam...I was doing a check in dor my mum on-line with wizzAir and been asked to pay 1 pound in order to complete the check in.
Was strange but as was late a d had to send the Qr code for boarding pass to my mum, I didn't payed pay much attention. The next day and now 4 days in a row they took 79 pounds .Been calling the bank all this days and they told me it's a subscription .I never accepted a subscription with this company. How this scammers got to subscribe my account ?! And why the banks don't do anything with it?! And why wizz air doesn't secure it's customers.
Disappointed 😞

Act quickly

They operate a very insidious way of doing business, after they took £1 for a boarding pass I thought was legit from the airline ( actually it was through a third party, Expedia). Thankfully i smelled a rat, was straight onto my bank, who told me to call them immediately, demand my £1 back and cancel any future subscriptions/debits with immediate effect ( obviously banks are aware of scam sites like this). Once you realised you've been scammed you need to take swift action.....they ( scam site )did answer the phone number below, cancelled everything (in writing) and gave me my hard earned pound back......
But it did take an arsey 5 min phone call to them.

SCAM

SCAM! Stay away!
They charged me 79 pounds without my consent. I never signed up for anything, and their customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. No refund given. This is a fraud — avoid at all costs!

Scam site!

Pricing is very vague and frankly it's a con site. Take your details, dip your bank for £1 and then they take £79 a couple days later.

MY TRIP ONLINE ARE SCAM

MY TRIP ONLINE ARE SCAM. The first time I came across My Trip was when trying to download my boarding pass on Wizz Air website, they sent a request for 1 euro for the boarding pass. I did not realise My Trip was not related to Wizz Air. A few days later they took £72 from my bank account and now I am having difficulties getting a refund, although they offered to give 20% back !!!! Take care when using flight companies and stay clear of the scam company MY TRIP ONLINE.

Definitely a scam

Do not give them any of your bank/card details as they will steal money from you. They claim to be a reasonable company but they are anything but as their website doesn't work properly and as soon as they have your details they will steal from you.

Scam

Scam. Like most other reviewers, I bought a 15 euro service and they charged me a 79 euro subscription and a further 43 euro without my consent. Impossible to get in touch with them. These people ought to be in jail.

Absolutely disgraceful experience

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Who or what is this so- called company? How anyone can be an employee of this company and know how it operates must surely have difficulty sleeping at night.
An application for fast track initially costing £12-00 was increased by £79.00 without any knowledge of it being explained by the company.

Scammers

Scammers. Bought a fast track for 11 euros and they automatically subscribe you to their "service". It must has been written in their conditions and they illegally do the opt-in, rather the opt-out.

Scam

How this website and company are still up and not under investigation is beyond me. I want to understand how a £1 transaction turned into a £79 one without my knowledge? Thankfully the bank noticed it was a suspicious transaction and blocked it, resulting into a change of bank cards. However, unfortunately, it seems most people here weren't as lucky.

If there is a petition to get this website down and report the owners please let me know ASAP. This is obviously a scam and clearly nobody is doing anything about it.
