Superb Customer Service

Every question I had was thoroughly answered. I was listened to and given the amount of time needed to make sure I clearly understood all the information he provided. Emilio went over and above by sending me emails with login links to reduce time on my end to search for it. I could not have asked for a better person to assist me. I am totally grateful!

Emilio Ballesteros

Emilio Ballesteros was able to clarify that ADP Payroll was incorrectly reporting the employer Safe Harbor contribution amount in which they were using 3% and not 4%. Now my reports will match the amount being debited from our bank. Thank you!!

Frustrated client.

i have been trying to rollover my account to JP Morgan Chase. its has been over a month and still have yet to recieve my money. i spoke with several agents and it looks like that did not advise me orrectly in what i needed to do. the female agent i spoke with seems to have helped that is why i am giving a 5 star, but yet to be seen, if i get my money in the next week, i would appreciate follow up from your management . as i haave been very frustrated in why i was given wrong infloramtion time and time again... Thanks you

Shagundeep is very respectful to know which of his co-workers have the lead on our financial requests or questions.
Keisha Hundley is always there to help me and gives me detailed instructions.
Eddie & Aaron have been extremely knowledgeable when working with new laws passed by Congress.
Great teamwork helps makes my dreamwork.

The person that helped me with my 401K!

The person that helped me with my 401K was very helpful and very polite. In fact, she stayed on the phone and walked me through the steps I was taking with it. This is the first time I have talked with someone and it went very well.

The lady I talked to knew the website well and helped me navigate it. Very happy with her help.

AVOID!!! Broken system, broken UX, overpriced.

AVOID!!! Read all the negative reviews. The absolute worst. Broken system. Broken UX. Overpriced fees. Repeatedly, takes weeks to get a reply from a customer service ticket. Took 5 months to get my money out of the 401k. This business operates like its 1992. My financial advisors are the ones who recommended i use Ubiquity, and I've since fired them both. A thousand better options out there.

Would not use. Better options

Very responsive when you sign up. but then nearly impossible to contact or get help. Recently merged our comany and can not get anyone to help close out our account to roll over to new fund. The response times are horrific and nearly non existent. Can not get a live voice on the phone. There are better options and this is not one of them. They also pull 401K funds from payroll/corporate bank account but do not deposit into employee accounts for sometimes 6-8 business days - this is ridiculous in times of instant wire transfers.
