Five years of quality TV from Ultra

I have been with Ultra for the last five years, I recently found some regional channels (ITV Yorkshire & Tyne Tees) kept going offline. During a routine check I told Sam from Technical Support about this, he remotely connected to my Ultra android TV box and fixed the problem. Ultra TV now is now working very well I will recommend Ultra to all my friends and family. Thank you Sam your support is amazing and much appreciated.

Great experience every time

Cant fault the product from the ultranet team. Customer service great help especially Sam who helped me to renew my subscription today.
Tried other companies but dont find the support and broadcastings as good when sat on the bank fishing for weeks at a time. Good Job guys n girls at Ultranet!!

Incredible support

Sam was incredible!! Elite Customer Service

Sam was an exceptionally professional customer service agent that helped me solve a problem with my device. He was patient, understanding, tried a lot of different methods to fix the extremely unusual problem, and came out the other side with a job well done! Would’ve been lost without him!

The people on the end of the phone…

The people on the end of the phone really know their stuff & no matter what the problem, they from my experience can sort it.
We have been with them 3 years & can't think of going elsewhere.

Tech are a great team

Today I was having problems with my ultra box. I chatted with a technician called Shik. He was brilliant and so helpful. The most important thing he was so patient with me as I dont understand modern tech. Thank you shik for your help, you certainly deserve a 5 star rating.
