Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly
The guys are always really helpful and knowledgeable. It’s always a really lovely environment in my local store and they never make you feel like you should know everything about vaping (as I absolutely don’t!) I would recommend this store to everyone.

Outstanding Service.
I visited today, after being rudely brushed off by two other vape shops in the fishponds area, I was greeted warmly by Christian. I explained to him I had no idea what I was looking for but I wanted to stop smoking. He took his time and was incredibly patient with me, he allowed me to see and hold lots of devices and explained in excellent depth and detail on how to use each device. Very passionate.
We then moved to the bottles of flavours which I was allowed to try, after approx 30mins of being spoilt for choice I’d made my decision. After paying he proceeded to ask if he could help set it up for me so I could see a physical demonstration of what to do. The level of kindness and costumer service I received from this young man had made my day. I will certainly be back to this store. Perfect experience.

Went into My Vape Store in kingsteington
Went into My Vape Store in kingsteington to ask advice about finding a new vape that I could enjoy as my old model was outdated and I'd been struggling to find the correct type and brand that lived up to my old favourite.
I was served by a lovely chap called Alfie who took a lot of time to listen and understand what I was after.
Alfie showed me various types and after I explained my problems with other types I tried he was able to show me a model he thought I may like.
He took time to explain the functions and after I made my mind up he put the vape together for me and primed the coil so I could use it quickly.
I'm thrilled with my purchase.
Always have thought this shop was the best and today's experience only cemented that opinion!
