I had a problem with my order
I had a problem with my order. I called myvolt directly. They were very helpful and gave me a no quibble refund. I would definitely order from them again. The man I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been nicer explained what he was willing to do for me. I read a review from someone saying you can't get a hold of them, I phoned the Edinburgh number yes it was busy but I was put on to there answering machine left my name and order numbers. They had phoned back within 15 minutes. That's what I call service. 👍
The power adapter cable dos not eaven fit a E.E ROUTER
They do not answer the phone ...They do not inform you that you are paying double the PRICE ,AND THEY SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS FROM THE NETHERLANDS!!! HENCE SO SO LONG FOR PRODUCTS TO REACH THE CUSTOMER!!

Feel fooled
Absolutely agree with other reviewers; you feel fooled when you realize that your order will be shipped from outside the UK. When placing an order, nothing hints that it will be sent untracked from abroad, and shipping could take much longer than expected. Just adding a notice about this would help.

No delivery after 2 weeks - Poor communication
On 18th February I ordered a12V Power Adaptor for the Roberts Stream 107 radio. On 25th February Customer Support told me tracking hasn't updated yet, as it isn't past customs yet. The Myvolts website should make it clearer that items are sent from Netherlands and not UK. On my 27th February e-mail I asked for the item to be re-sent, and on 29th February I sent a follow up request via the support portal. I've had no response to my last two communications, and as at today (3rd March), Royal Mail tracking shows the package is still in the country of origin (Netherlands). I see good reviews from some other people, but I can only relate my experience which was been extremely poor.

I originally gave 1 star because MyVolts hadn't contacted me, however on 4th March MyVolts e-mailed me to confirm the sending of a replacement. I received the original on 8th March followed by the replacement on the next day which MyVolts kindly gave me the permission to keep. I recommend they should be quicker to respond when things go wrong. That would greatly reduce the volume of negative reviews

The customer service I received from this company was absolutely excellent. I ordered an item from them and I made a mistake in the order. They really went over and above to ensure my mistake was rectified even though it wasn't their fault. I would certainly use them again.

Searched for a new power adaptor for my external hard drive and this site came up. Adaptor arrived after a couple of days, fits my hard drive as promised and works perfectly

Fast Delivery and Excellent Service
I bought a replacement power supply for a router a couple of weeks ago, Amazon estimated a 2 week delivery time but it arrived after a couple of days. A few days after receiving the item I received an email asking if the item was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything else they could do to help. I appreciate their proactive approach to customer service and fast delivery times, so felt I had to leave a review here for them. Would definitely use their services again if I needed to.

I have bought from MyVolts a few times and again last week. They have been brilliant. Deliveries take a bit longer because their distribution warehouse is in The Netherlands. My item arrived quite quickly. Never had any problems with MyVolts. If you need to contact them, their phone number is on their site. I will definitely buy from them again. 5 stars.
I bought a cable for Roku Streaming Stick+ from this company due…
I bought a cable from this company due to the broken cable supplied by Roku. This cable perfectly fits into Roku Streaming Stick + Media Player and USB socket for power supply but doesn’t work as it doesn’t have Wireless receiver so it’s really useless for Roku stick. However the customer service immediately responded even on Sunday and fully refunded me without quibble. Very efficient and professional. I will use this company for future orders.

I bought an electrical power supply from them thinking it'd be safe to use. It most certainly isn't!
Emailing them was met with "it's safe" and any dispute got ignored. I've asked for a refund as I'll send it back and the company are now ghosting me.
Disgusting service and I'd strongly advise to rethink just how badly you need to buy from here. It's not even worth visiting as a "last resort" fix.
To make matters worse, when you create an account to buy with them I discovered a pre-registered mobile number for my details to be sent too.

Quality customer service
I ordered a power adaptor for a fairly old Vax window cleaner that I had been given. The ordering process was easy, price was very reasonable and the device arrived promptly. Unfortunately the attached plug tip was fractionally too large for the Vax. I sent a message via the help line and was delighted to get a rapid response of two tip adaptors as a potential solution and reassurance that the company would ensure a satisfactory solution. In fact, both worked well and the device is now fully functioning.
I find that when it comes to overall Quality of Experience, the way that a company deals with problems is far more important than simple successful purchasing. 5 stars.
AMAZING Service and Responsiveness!!
I ordered a power adapter for my quad cortex pedalboard but for some reason either the tip or the power supply wasn't a match. They were very quick to respond and send another adapter, as well as 2 different type of tip adapters to make sure we could find the right match. They were extremely nice and responsive throughout the whole experience and we finally found the right power supply and tip adapter combination. I will be using MyVolts for all my electrical needs and they are an A++ in my book. Highly Recommended!
