Handled my issue perfectly!
I ordered a power source adapter for my Dell external speaker system. To my dismay the one I received is not the right one. I emailed their service department and received a message saying they don’t have the correct one I need but they sent a link to a source where I can obtain the item, they said I don’t need to mail the one from them back and that they will give me a refund. I received my refund back to my bank account. Now this is a business that is run like all businesses should be run!

I purchased a wall charger for a Bluetooth headset. The description stated that ot was compatible with my headset. It does not fit on my headset at all. I emailed them and they have not responded. Don't buy from them.
Update - They replied to my email, and said they would send the correct charger. That was over two weeks ago - still nothing.
I finally received a new charger with an adapter that fits! Thank you, MyVolts, for resolving the mistake.

I ordered a PSU for my Tascam digital…
I ordered a PSU for my Tascam digital Portastudio, clearly advertised as correct item for purpose with matching photo/image.
Item that was sent seems to be some completely random PSU that does not match either description or product image - it does not fit Tascam.
Of course - customer support seems to be non existent. Struggling to know what to do next.

Avoid and buy from elsewhere
I bought a power pack for my MPC which seemed straight forward. I received the item about 5 days later which had been sent from Switzerland. The item I received was not as pictured and I wanted to return it. The picture showed a plug with a built in transformer, I received a black transformer box with 2 leads. Not what I wanted and available locally (and cheaper). They have no email address on their website, only a premium rate phone number which doesn’t state how much per minute. I eventually found their Facebook page and messaged them through that - no answer. I then found an email address via their Facebook page and used that. 5 days later I had a reply asking why I wanted to return and could I send a picture. I did this straight away. 1 week later I had another email asking if I want a refund. I replied yes!!! They then sent a return authorisation number but expect me to pay for return postage! I then Emailed back asking why I should pay for the return as it’s not as advertised. I am yet to hear back.
Their customer service is non existent and incredibly slow. The items come from Europe. They have only a premium rate phone number as a contact. They don’t reply to emails very quickly. So far it’s been a month and I still haven’t sorted this out. If I’d bought the item from Amazon it would have been cheaper and I could have returned it next day and got my money back.
So on that basis don’t use this company, if your power pack should fail or need to be returned then I’d presume it will be a very slow and painful process.

Seems like a scam
My order was supposed to arrive Oct 13th. I haven't received anything, nor have I heard back from them despite emails and phone calls. The phone number they provide goes straight to voice-mail and the inbox is always full. I don't usually order from unknown sources but it's the only company who seemed to have what I needed and it's now effecting my business.

Charged for an item I didn't want
Moments after placing an order, I realized I didn't need the item; I emailed the company immediately requesting cancellation. Two days later they shipped it anyway and charged me. They expect me to pay return shipping across the Atlantic. Do not trust this company.

No customer service.
They have the appearance of good customer service - ask us about anything, etc - but in reality calls and e-mails go unanswered. I've asked two questions on their forum and one simply disappeared, the other has had no reply for weeks. There are pages and pages of questions with no reply. Something is amiss here.
They ship from Europe, this is not made clear. In their defense the delivery is fairly quick (3-5 days) but it feels shady.
I don't think they are an evil company per se, just something has gone wrong with their customer service. They charge more than no-name adapters on other sites, so if there's no customer service, what is the point?

My effects units eat batteries but these little PSUs are the business and they also have a sensible lengrth of lead so I don't have to rearranage everything each time I plug in.
Where's The Customer Service?

Their products and presentation are great, but their customer service is almost non-existent. Questions go mostly unanswered, much less even acknowledged.

I guess we were lucky with our order.
Judging by other reviews we must have been lucky because the service was excellent and the charger works just fine. Had a few issues with the website and it seems they need to have a look at their customer relations because they are potentially losing out to a certain large well-known online store.

My order arrive promptly and was exactly what I needed. It was, in fact, better than the original adaptor for my Roberts radio/CD player, which had the wire coming out of the top of the plug. This put stress on the wire and its plastic coating which eventually cracked. Could have been very nasty. The replacement has the wire at the bottom of the plug so there's no kink in it.
Amazing customer service
I ordered a wall plug for my medela battery powered breast pump. When it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong size so the power wasn't strong enough. I emailed the company seeing if there was a way I could exchange it for one that would work. I received an immediate response asking for the info on the battery pack so they could get me the right power level. Once we determined the right level I needed I received an email saying that it was in the mail! They never asked for the other one back and never charged me for the new one!
This level of customer service is so rare to find and I appreciate it so much!!! Thank you for being an awesome company!

This is not a UK website, the stock is shipped slowly from the Netherlands.
It is digidave.co.uk using myvolts.co.uk. Digidave has a 2 star review.
Had I known this, I would not have ordered.
I contacted customer services after 5 days as i had not had a shipping confirmation. Only then was it shipped.
I have been assured there will be no customs charge. If there is, I will be refusing it.
Edit: I don't scoure shipping sections of UK Websites just to check if they are actually shipping things from Narnia - if its a UK website, only a paranoid person would go looking for reasons for their items to come from anywhere else.
Also, I posted this June 2021, it took til Feb 2023 for them to reply to this review. This is the sort of response time you can expect from their customer services.
Score dropped to 2 stars for trying to make ME look like the un-savvy shopper.

Great Company - Excellent Customer Service!
This is a fantastic company with excellent customer service! I ordered a power supply with the wrong voltage. I instantly realized my mistake, and ordered the correct one, figuring to exchange the wrong one. When I inquired,
Luke from my volts.com said he was sending the correct one free of charge, and just to keep the wrong one! You just don’t see customer service like that much these days!!!

I have attempted to contact myvolts by email, telephone and their internal messaging system.
My emails have not been answered.
My phone calls are answered by a machine and have not received any call back.
The internal messaging system seems to ignore any question that is left for myvolts.
I rate their support -5 stars and decided to look for a similar product from a different company.
