not good experience 😥 because the company posting in social media an advertisement that's not true that's why I try to click it but what happened was the company take money from my acount immediately

I have had money taken from my account and queried it but they say that it is not company policy (I.e. terms and conditions)to refund my money. I have not subscribed to anything nor have I received any goods. They reckon they have sent emails within the subscription date re cancelling but I have never received any such thing. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this to be taken from my bank account. Disgusted with the chat people!!!

Scam and Fraudster, stay well away. The parent company is Tiqar Ltd, Tiqarltd.com based in Cyprus. They also operate Ourhomeflow.com, GardeningExress.co.uk, Shedgardenwood.com and more. I never purchased anything from this site but they illegally took £6.01 from my account using multiple names each time.

Hope they will refund my money

I subscribed by accident, the AD said it was for some spices promotion. Luckly, Alero is helping me get a refund.
Bad publicity, but good response from staff.
I never got my spices tho.

When my account got debited , I immediately go to the website and raised my concern and the customer support assist me with my concerns . I am pleased that I thought it was a scam but was luckily when I told them to cancel my subscription they give action into it. Well done !
