Really easy to setup for my….

Really easy to setup for my construction business. Easy to get payments from clients onsite on my phone or the terminal that I keep in the car. I want to thank Julian Boscoe especially, he helped me from the beginning and all the way through the processes for getting the setup done to sending through the terminal to my address. Couldn’t have been happier with his service. Top guy :)

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Holding money from small business and refusing to give it back. Never seem to be able to speak to someone who actually speaks fluent English. Cancels your business eftpos terminal with no notice. Avoid at all costs!

They takes your money longer

They taking too long, more than 24 hours to withdraw your money for first time, I had to pay to someone for settlement property but zeller took so long and my settlement was rejected, not happy at all and try to use Square or Tyro or now big banks can give you cheaper and better portable Eftposs machine with good services.

Bunch of thieves!
I’ve a had a Zeller account for over 6 months. Get my customer to pay me on Zeller. They want to verify my account and refuse to release the funds or refund my customer. I’ve called emailed and nothing for over 4 weeks. How is it that these types still operate????

I have been with Zeller for a few…

I have been with Zeller for a few months now and I personally think they are great. The service is fantastic and they have multiple ways of contacting them to make it easy. You can text there support and within 10 mins the small issue I had was dealt with.

All contacts with Zeller

Each time I contacted Zillow, I received a warm and professional response. Every person I spoke with listened carefully and tried their best to cater to our needs. The final connection with the Adelaide representative was exceptional... he was available while we were setting up and went above and beyond. Simply outstanding service.

Absolutely terrible service, every thing we asked them to change they did something different, didn't answerer emails and a week later we are in worse position that when we started. even move us from administrator to a team member now someone else is in charge of the account!!! Almost impossible onboarding terrible customer service

I was excited to switch to Zeller for our unincorporated association. But their onboarding process for our type of org was long, assumed we were incorporated, requested my personal bank records. But didn’t ask at the time instead they then take another 2 days to request the info then another 2 days to process it. I had to phone custome supprt of 8 times during the process. Then they said they wanted all my id and agm minute certified but couldn’t tell me what they meant by that. They won’t let me open an account without reviewing my personal bank records. They said they would call me back with more info and failed to several times. Customer service kept promising they would sort it and stopping my refund for the machines I bought and then doing nothing. Stringing me along for weeks and just wasting my time. DO NOT USE THEM. Eventually I gave up and went to square and their onboarding took 5 minutes.i am now trying to get a refund for the machines that I bought. Square is just so much more reliable. It’s a shame as I wanted to support Zeller but they made it pretty impossible. I feel scammed and they are doing everything they can not to refund the machines I bought. Avoid this company

I was asked to make a deposit on a large item. When I went to pay. The name Cuscal came up. So I got the number and Rang Cuscal as it’s not familiar to me. It’s not a bank. It’s a payment platform. The receptionist. in turn told me the bank the company uses is a bank called Zellar. So I then got the number of Zellar and rang them. . I’m asking some important questions and while I’m asking all I can hear is a rooster crowing it the background and a guy who just kept asking for my email address but would not listen to my question. I said. This has to be a scam. More misdirection and finally a rooster crowing with a guy who is no help. So I hung up. A perfect scam until I got to Zellar. Scammers.
