Exactly what I was after

Exactly what I was after - a simple and efficient service to take card payments without investing or locking myself into any sort of contracts etc. The sales and fees are clearly displayed, easy to transfer funds into bank account. No complaints!

No CASH Payment Function

How can you call it a POS system when it does not let you take cash payments? cannot even manually log them? what is the point?? Wish I just went with Square who at least let you pay cash, gift cards etc. Highly annoyed that I didnt realise this until i purchased the terminal. Cant give any cash customers receipts. looks extremely dodgy.

Great company and great support

The system is great with loads of customisation to make the terminals look how you want, adding your company logo etc. The online portal makes reconciling eftpos payments a breeze.

I have been dealing with Alex for a few years now, very professional and cannot do enough to help whenever i have any questions.

zeller are incompetent

I find it perplexing that you classify IT businesses as "high risk" when your entire platform is built on and dependent upon IT infrastructure. Your terminals, backend systems, and cloud-hosted servers all rely on software and code—making this classification highly contradictory.

Furthermore, all my sales were tap and pay and they think people will charge back. How does one chargeback a pin transaction?

Shutdown my account and wasted my time ordering the terminal which i now have to return

Do not sign up unless you sell food only. Pathetic service

Upgrade to Zeller

At the end of last year, we transitioned our three venues—Canteen, Island Market, and Kailis Fishmarket Cafe—to Zeller EFTPOS terminals. Since the switch, our customers enjoy lower surcharges, while we’ve benefited from reduced terminal rental fees. It’s clear that Zeller prioritises convenience for both customers and businesses. We are very happy with the new system.

Very accomodating!!!

The company is very accommodating to our needs. Making particular requests and the team accommodating to them really shows how flexible they are. They work in a timely manner and assist you with set up very quickly.They also aid in troubleshooting issues quickly allowing the business to start in an orderly manner. Their system is very straigtforward to use. Worth the money.

Zeller has been great for our business

Zeller has been great for our business. We are no longer paying expensive fees to the bank for the eftpos terminals, having to purchase consumables and the machines are really easy to use and we got a great deal when we signed up. The machines arroved quickly, were very easy to set up and you can opt to have the eftpos fees charged to the customer and they go straight to Zeller so we don't have to even think about it.
