I sent three exchanges through Exodus on 29 March 2024: OEGB3E, O6TUUV, ORG7IG — a total of 81.28 BCH. None of them were completed. The funds were never returned.

Exchanges before and after these blocked ones went through — so these funds are absolutely clean.

I could not contact them earlier for valid personal reasons. Now I have the time and ability to pursue this, and I am doing so.

I contacted N.exchange. They replied with templates:

“Your case is under review by our compliance team. Please wait.”

They have been repeating this for several weeks now — ever since I contacted them. But here is the key fact: they have never asked me for anything. They have never explained what they are checking. They just say “wait.”

I am not a lawyer. I am an ordinary client. I sent 81 BCH and received nothing — neither an exchange nor a refund.

I checked online and found many other complaints. People say N.exchange is an unlicensed exchanger that changes jurisdictions and hides behind invented laws. I also read that in Costa Rica, where they are registered, Law 10961 comes into force on 19 September 2026. From that date, all crypto exchanges must register with SUGEF. If they are not registered, they cannot legally operate.

I am still waiting for their answer. That is why I am posting this here.

My N.exchange withdrawal request was flagged for a Compliance review due to access through public Wi-Fi. I promptly submitted all requested evidence, including location verification and information concerning the Wi-Fi connection. Compliance confirmed receipt of the documents and stated that the case had been forwarded to the appropriate team. I have been awaiting further communication since then

I cooperated fully and submitted everything they requested. I provided the relevant proof of my location, details regarding the public Wi-Fi access, and all the additional information needed to clarify the situation. I wasn’t trying to avoid the process or ignore their requirements — I simply wanted to demonstrate that there was a reasonable explanation for the IP address they had flagged.

This situation has been going on since March 10, 2025.
Approximately $100,000 of my funds have remained unavailable for almost a year and a half while n.exchange has continued its AML/compliance review.
During this time, I have cooperated extensively. I have completed KYC, participated in a video verification interview, provided explanations regarding the source and flow of funds, and submitted numerous supporting documents requested by their compliance team.
I understand that AML checks can be necessary. But almost 18 months with approximately $100,000 still unavailable is extremely difficult to understand or accept.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the communication.
I repeatedly contacted them asking for updates and for the return of my funds. On Trustpilot, n.exchange publicly indicated that they had responded to me.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT RESPONSE.
On August 5, I explicitly contacted them again and told them that I had not received their email. I asked them to resend it.
No meaningful response.
I followed up again on August 12.
Still nothing that resolved the situation.
If n.exchange actually sent the response they referred to publicly, then please RESEND IT. Provide the date, time, subject line and recipient address. This should not be difficult.
This is not a minor transaction. We are talking about approximately $100,000 that has been unavailable since March 10, 2025.

I want my case resolved and my $100,000 returned.
Until that happens, I would strongly urge anyone considering n.exchange to read about my experience and understand that, in my case, approximately $100,000 has remained unavailable since March 2025 despite extensive cooperation with their compliance process.

My 21,000 USDT swap has been pending since 2024. Stay away from N.exchange and Exodus wallet. If you make any swap, they will seize your money and never return it.

Avoid this company.

My experience with N.exchange has been nothing short of unacceptable. My BTC-to-ETH transaction has been unresolved for over four months, despite submitting every KYC and source-of-funds document they requested. Since early May, they have completely stopped providing any meaningful response—not to me and not even to my lawyer.

What is even more shocking is that I was told I would have to pay a 5% fee just to get my own funds returned. After months of delays caused entirely by N.exchange, expecting a customer to pay to recover their own assets is, in my opinion, outrageous.

Holding customer funds for months while ignoring emails and legal correspondence is not what anyone should expect from a company handling digital assets. Transparency, communication, and accountability have been completely absent in my case.

Unless and until N.exchange resolves this matter, I strongly advise anyone considering using this service to think very carefully and understand the risks of potentially losing access to their funds for months with little or no communication.

Please avoid this platform! You can deposit crypto but you can't withdraw any! Your withdrawal will stay in status Platform review forever! If you ask the Support Team, they will tell you that the system is upgrading and you must wait with patience. And their system is in upgrade process for months!!! So, you can say good bye to your crypto!!! Very bad experience !!! My USDT crypto are still there. My luck is that I put only 150 USDT.

First of all, I deeply regret that my cryptocurrency exchange transaction was processed through n.exchange via a third-party wallet application integrating their service.

On March, 2025, I initiated a swap, and since then the matter has remained unresolved despite my cooperation, repeated follow-ups, and completion of the requested compliance procedures.

The company’s conduct gives the impression that customer funds can be withheld indefinitely without meaningful accountability or timely resolution. It appears that n.exchange believes it can retain customer assets without facing serious legal or regulatory consequences.

I strongly disagree with that assumption.

I have now decided to pursue formal legal action in the jurisdiction where the company is registered and operates. In parallel, I am preparing complaints and reports to the relevant regulatory and consumer protection authorities.

I will continue pursuing this matter through every available legal and regulatory avenue until my rights are fully restored and this issue is properly resolved.

I initiated a crypto swap via Exodus, where n.exchange acted as the exchange provider. After receiving my funds, the transaction was immediately placed under a “compliance review” and has been frozen without a clear explanation.

I have provided full KYC, source-of-funds documentation, and a complete transaction trail from regulated financial institutions. n.exchange has confirmed that my verification is complete.

Despite this, they continue to withhold my funds, citing vague “monitoring” concerns and referencing a third-party service (Payeer) with which I have no connection. No specific transaction, evidence, or justification has been provided.

They also state they are unable to provide any timeline, effectively leaving funds locked indefinitely.
The service operates via offshore entities while being accessible to EU users, which raises serious concerns regarding transparency and consumer protection.

The case has now been escalated to regulatory authorities. I strongly advise caution when using this service until this matter is resolved.

I made a swap of BTC to ETH from a exodus wallet on the 25/02/2026 to find out that it went through this third party exchange called N.Exchange.

After providing a KYC process and proving it was my wallet along with providing proof of where the funds came from they continue to stall and say they have no updates on my case.

This company is a fraud and operating illegally holding people to Ransom. When you make the swap on Exodus there is no notice that it will go through such a company so they are just as accountable.

I will pressing legal action against them and exposing them on every crypto forum I can find.

They continue to hold my funds without my consent hiding behind legal precedence implying everyone is a committing a crime.

Its been 2 months now and I haven't received a single update on there behalf.

I made a transfer of $11,500 through this service on April 30, 2026, but the transfer was blocked by an AML check. I was required to complete verification, which I did immediately. They then asked for information about the source of the funds, which I also provided as much information as possible that same day. It's now April 4, 2026, and I still haven't received any clarification, nor have they returned the funds. I deeply regret ever dealing with these scammers.

Since October 2025 I have been sending emails regarding my swap that you put on hold.

After doing KYC en doing a live videocall with one off your employees which I also made a picture of becuase his camera was on in the beginnen off the zoom call on accident, I am no longer receiving any responses from your company.

I have reasons to believe I have been blocked on that email and I am buy with my lawyer and in talks with Exodus about this matter.

I completed a swap of 37,000 CAD from BTC to USDT through Houdini Swap. After the transaction, Nexchange held the funds for “further verification.”

They provide no valid phone number. The listed U.S. number belongs to a woman who has no idea her number is associated with the company. There is no visible license, physical address, or any legitimate identifying information. I would never have dealt with Nexchange if the transaction had not been routed through Houdini Swap and if I had known how questionable their operations are.

They requested KYC, which I fully provided, but then asked for additional personal financial information (income, source of funds, etc.). This is concerning, especially given that they do not appear to have any valid license or physical presence. While I would not object to providing reasonable documentation, I do not have every receipt available, and the funds were stored in Exodus, which does not require KYC. As a result, I cannot formally prove account ownership beyond what has already been submitted.

They claim to have a 5% refund fee policy, yet they are not applying it in this case. Due to the lack of transparency, questionable practices, and unlawful handling of funds, I will be forwarding this matter to my lawyer.

Their conduct is, at best, extremely unprofessional and, at worst, illegal.

This Company is absolutly Trash, they try to remove all your comments. Biggest Scam i´ve ever seen! Holding your funds for Years and give you standard copy & paste answers on your request.
