They are completely irresponsible
They are totally irresponsible . I am asking their phone number, office addresses, and they are not giving any reply. They are sending only link. They are keeping the money in name of KYC.
Their customer support guys are becoming legal advisors. They asked me to email their legal teams. They are not replying on that. Guys think twice for using their services.

Also they have written in email that they will refund the amount after deduction of 5% after their investigation which will be done without my cooperation. It has been more than year, there is also no investigation reports by them. I am a US citizen and how comes you allowed me for this transaction? They are themselves breaking their on own laws.
They are striking my comments here again and again as i am bringing the truth.

Genuinely impressed. The platform is user-friendly, fast, transactions go through without issues.

Very fast and not bad exchange rate, good experience

I made several exchange in July, all get my token in very short time.

I had some problems with exchange, but after I contac them, they solved it really quickly. I recommend them.

Scam. They stole my money. Passed verification in December. I constantly get new requests and "under review" messages.

N.exchange is a fraudulent platform. Who keep other people's funds via wallet, they are intermediary platforms for swap. Who block your funds and will ask you to validate KYC and then ask for personal documents. In all inequality. That fraud system.

My story goes back to July 2023. Following a swap and recovering from health problems.
N.exchange to keep my money (BTC swap ETH). Reporting it as « failled»
I couldn't look after it in that time.

EXODUS has been managing my wallet for almost 8 years. And told me that they would try to sort out the situation because my money is perfectly retractable and legally and professionally protected.

To date I have agreed with the presence of a lawyer to collaborate on KYC and personal information. (This will remain secured by my lawyer because this company has nothing to do with me I am not a customer N.exchange im customer to Exodus)

Thanks to a competent legal team, they were able to trace the company's network and management organisation.
They only have a few hours left to refund my BTC to my original Wallet.
Or an immediate complaint and follow-up will be launched.

Protect your funds with a lawyer

The exchange rate for cryptocurrencies is great and not too different from other exchanges, hopefully it will stay that way.

I can't express how frustrating it is to have the funds you worked hard for in the hands of people who don't care about you, don't feel responsible at all, and even behave like you are to blame. It's been nearly seven months, and yet they are saying, "Your case is being treated as a priority," yet the funds I swapped at the Exodus app are pending.

I really didn't know the Exodus swaps were being mediated by N.exchange. If I knew I would not do it. It was like a trap I fell into and can't get out of.

They don't even give me back the original funds. At first, they show some progress, so you won't complain, then they just keep saying "be patient" forever. I'm done waiting, really, I just filed complaints today at "Action Fraud Police UK" and "FCA"

You can do the same. I had a similar experience with another company before, and filing complaints helped with the case.

I submitted a swap via n.exchange, and the funds have been held since then under “compliance review”.

Over the course of a week I have:
• Completed KYC and whitelisted selfie
• Provided self-employment documents and tax receipts
• Submitted invoices and detailed explanation of the transactions
• Exported and submitted PDF transaction history

Every response from support has been a copy-paste reply: “Thank you for your patience. We will notify you.” No timelines. No decisions. No resolution.

This feels like intentional stalling or lack of internal process. I’m raising this publicly so others are aware of the risks before trusting n.exchange with their funds.

I will update this review depending on whether they finally act or not.

Hello. Two months ago I exchanged BTC/USDT, BTC clean according to AML. I received a letter to pass KYC/AML, I provided everything, now they are demanding documents that do not exist in nature. Do not deal with this exchanger.

I used n.exchange to exchange USDT to USDT and accidentally sent the wrong assets: USDC instead of USDT.
After providing the full KYC and SOF I received my funds back pretty quickly. Thanks to the team for being quick.
