Engineer came promptly
Engineer came promptly, diagnosed new seal needed, but it took a few days to get it. Then it was fitted and seems to have fixed the problem.

The NAC employee was very thorough
The NAC employee was very thorough, he checked everything with the oven and explained it all to me very clearly. Very nice manner - lovely person. In fact the problem had been caused by a power-cut while I was away.

Daniel arrived promptly. He was respectful, polite and friendly. He told me what he thought the issue might be and then explained what he had done. He also advised what to do and to contact you if the issue returned.

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. Turned up when they said they would. Fixed the problem and were good value. Also liked that they didnt try and include insurance as part of the price like some others did.

Great service. Replacement parts took a few days but the engineers were very professional. Was a little expensive but cheaper than a new built-in.

Nothing needed to be done in the end …
I thought I had a broken thermostat but when the guy came and put the meter on the fridge/freezer all was ok. He turned up on time and was very polite and professional

Communication from NAC was good and I like the flat one-off fee which gives piece of mind that the job will get fixed regardless of how long it takes. Knowing what it will cost upfront is fantastic.
