A very good experience
My engineer was a little late, but he contacted me to say when he would arrive. I felt this was very professional behaviour, as was the way he spoke to me - friendly but not over-familiar. He very quickly identified and remedied the problem with my washing machine. A very good experience with a very good firm. I shall use you again.

Everything was very good
Our engineer, Craig, arrived when expected and was diligent in finding the fault on our washing machine. He was friendly, polite, explained everything and had our complete trust. We will definitely use NAC again

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. Called about a fridge issue, appointment booked for 48 hours later and engineer liaised with tenant on the day with visit timings. Reasonable call out fee and friendly service. Would definitely use again.

Appalling service
Rung and paid initial cost and engineer came out that day, I then paid for the part needed the following day. My repair was then booked in for 5 days later but on the day I received a text message saying engineer would not be coming due to illness. I received a call 2 days later offering me a date which I could not do and asked to make another appointment, I was told could not do this and ring when I returned from holiday. For nearly 2 weeks I tried contacting them through filling online form which kept saying I had to ring but every time I rung I got same recorded message saying could not take call, so I tried emailing and they said I had to do online form so I explained I have so they told me to use a different device, I tried 3 devices and all came back with the same message. I then did live chat with AI which kept telling me it has gone through as priority and someone would be in touch, 3 days later and still nothing. I finally spoke to someone 30 days after the initial engineer visit to be told no engineers available so no one could come out and I would receive a refund when I asked how much the refund was for they said they didn't know and that I needed to fill out a form which they had sent me via email which I did. I received an email back saying I was only being refunded the cost of the part, which I was appalled at as I had not received the service they advertise and the fact it had taken 30 days to be told this and that no one had contacted me regarding this. After numerous emails I finally got refunded the full amount I had paid. I would not recommend this company at all, the customer service is non existent they had my payment for 30 days and did not have the decency to contact me to inform me of the situation. When I did speak to someone they read out the message that they had received from AI saying to contact me as priority which they obviously did not.
