Excellent service
David the engineer advised when he would arrive to repair my washer/dryer. He was very efficient, showed me what was the problem and the very low meter reading, replaced the part and then showed me the new higher meter reading. He ran the machine to test it and wiped it down. He was pleasant, polite and I am happy to recommend the service you offer.

Great fridge freezer service
Arranged a visit a week ahead but was offered an earlier appointment if I wanted it. Cody was assigned to the job and you could see what he looked like so you felt safe that you knew who is turning up. Sometimes, maintenance services, can be fronted by a company but you have no idea who they outsource it too.
Cody turned up in the allocated time slot, was polite and very professional Was very careful with the assessment of the fridge freezer, explained everything, put the fridge back. He identified that no repair was required, just a regular defrost. No up sell to recommend a replacement of parts or additional services.

Brilliant. Can't fault them
Very pleasant lady who answered the phone when I first called. Simple method of making payment, too. Engineer came out within a couple of hours, called when he was on his way and got me sorted very quickly.
Hopefully I never have to use a washing machine repair company again, but if I do I will will use NAC.

Mathew was great freezer repair done on the day it was booked for 😁 and I like the way pricing is done you know in advance how much the repair will cost so no unexpected charges and as he went he told me if any problems to get in touch straight away so the company has the right view of customer service thankyou

My dishwasher needed a new part, which was obtained and fitted quickly. From my initial enquiry to completion the service was efficient and friendly with great customer communication. I would highly recommend NAC.

Matt the fridge fixer arrived on time and was immediately helpful and polite. He set about his diagnosis methodically and thoroughly. Unfortunately, in this case, the patient was beyond revival and was duly terminated. (It was quite old!) but thank you for a good and efficient service call.

Although our 20 years old Miele fridge…
Although our 20 years old Miele fridge could not be fixed the engineer arrived promptly on time and spent time investigating the problem. However we are still waiting for him to get back to us with the cost of a 50/50 chance of a successful repair. Please let us know soon.
