Matt the fridge fixer arrived on time…
Matt the fridge fixer arrived on time and was immediately helpful and polite. He set about his diagnosis methodically and thoroughly. Unfortunately, in this case, the patient was beyond revival and was duly terminated. (It was quite old!) but thank you for a good and efficient service call.

Although our 20 years old Miele fridge…
Although our 20 years old Miele fridge could not be fixed the engineer arrived promptly on time and spent time investigating the problem. However we are still waiting for him to get back to us with the cost of a 50/50 chance of a successful repair. Please let us know soon.

Quick efficient service
The engineer was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained why the fault had happened. He gave me a handy tip to keep the drainage tube clean.

Smeg cooker fault
The engineer called to confirm when he would arrive and turned up as planned. Very polite and knowledgeable.
The fault was quickly diagnosed and and repaired, he even replaced an internal light bulb. He even swept the debris from under the oven and cleaned the sides.

Pretty good
Communication was a bit hit and miss trying to organise appointment, then varying information on payment ( one said on the day, then this changed to in advance, then said sending invoice and didn't but was hounding me for payment). But all staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. Engineer was lovely, knowledgeable and prompt. Looks like issue fixed 🤞 and told if occurs again within next few weeks it's covered by what I already paid so pretty happy with the service offered.

Absolutely flawless service
Absolutely flawless service. We had a faulty dishwasher and I called NAC at about 11:30 in the morning. By 1pm they had an engineer out to me. Absolutely incredible! The engineer, Sam, was lovely. He told me exactly what he was doing and told me I might need a new pump. However, he went away and spoke to a colleague who recommended trying a different fix first, which worked and saved me £100. Amazing. He was such a nice man and a total professional. It is so rare to find a business that actually cares about their customers and clearly have exceptional standards within their organisation. I will be recommending NAC to everyone and I'd like to say a big thank you to the NAC team for really making my day.

NAC are straightforward
NAC are straightforward, honest and arrange an engineer visit within 24/ 36 hours every time! Their engineers are experienced and know the products very well. NAC are cheaper than the manufacturers!

Had a very poor experience
Had a very poor experience. Called an engineer to repair a gas hob. Engineer visited in 2 days. Checked and left in a minute saying he’ll have to order the parts and come back and fix it. Charged £96 for the visit. After numerous texts and calls and chasing up after 7 weeks, I was told that he cannot fix it. Sorry to say, but never experienced such a poor service from anyone. Wouldn’t be recommending this company to anyone. Keep away.
