We are leaving this 1-star review as a warning to all potential customers, collaborators, influencers, and affiliates considering working with Naked Underwear.
For the past few months, we have been trying to contact the company regarding outstanding affiliate commission payments. Unfortunately, our emails have been completely ignored with no response, no update, and no attempt to resolve the issue.
The lack of communication and total silence gives the impression that there is no proper customer service or affiliate support available. From our experience, this has been very unprofessional and disappointing and a huge red flag for any potential customers!
Because of the unresolved outstanding commissions and continued ignorance of communication attempts, we cannot currently recommend working or shopping with this brand.
We are, however, happy to update or remove this review if the outstanding commissions are settled and proper communication is restored.

Yes, the item that you will receive is beautiful, but make no mistake, returning it if the size is not right is not the way it should be. Returning costs are high and for that reason I chose the option for a 130% credit voucher. Well what could go wrong… I sent it back, with a track and trace and I didn’t receive anything. So no refund, no voucher, not even an answer.
So be aware!!!
After this message, they did get in contact with me and it was all settled easily. 🙏🏻

I ordered 3 sets, but only 2 arrived – and even those were in the wrong size. The third set never arrived at all, and I had to wait months and prove that I didn’t receive it before getting a refund.
On top of that, I had to pay the return shipping myself, even though the mistake was on their side (wrong items sent). Customer service was very slow and unhelpful, and I had to wait a long time to get my money back.

Steered to gift card, then refund denied
I am having a very frustrating experience with NAKED Underwear.
A wrong size was sent to me, and when I contacted customer service, they initially even expected me to pay the return shipping costs to France (around €20), which is quite high - I live in Germany.
The whole process is extremely slow — you have to wait weeks for the goods to arrive, and then go through multiple rounds of back and forth with customer service just to initiate a return.
Earlier this year, after returning a previous purchase, I was not offered a straightforward refund but was instead encouraged to accept a gift card, supposedly to offset high return shipping costs.
These costs themselves were unexpected, as I was not informed at the time of purchase that returns would need to be sent internationally to France — despite ordering via a German website. Only later did I realize that they would use the gift card as a reason to deny me a monetary refund if I were to return anything else.
Now, for this new return, the company is refusing a refund, claiming that orders paid with a gift card are non-refundable. This is despite their own return policy clearly stating that refund requests within the legal withdrawal period are always accepted and that vouchers are only used with customer consent.
In addition, customers are not clearly informed before purchase that returns may need to be sent abroad at significant cost, which makes the process unnecessarily burdensome.
Overall, the combination of:
wrong size delivered
long delivery times
complicated and slow customer service
expensive and unclear return logistics
steering customers toward non-refundable gift cards
and then refusing refunds
creates a very poor and, in my view, misleading customer experience.
I would not recommend ordering unless you are absolutely certain about sizing and willing to accept the risk of complicated returns.

Months later: still waiting for my refund
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been very disappointing!!
I placed and paid for an order worth €125 in February. Due to delivery issues, the order was later shipped again to a different address. Unfortunately, the items did not fit, so I returned the entire order.
According to the tracking information, the return package was delivered on April 1st, 2026. Since then, I have been trying to obtain my refund.
Throughout the communication with customer service, I have received several different and sometimes contradictory explanations. First, I was told that the return had not yet been processed. Later, I was informed that a refund was not possible and that I could only receive a store credit or a replacement shipment. In another message, I was told that the return package could not be found in the warehouse at all.
Despite providing proof of delivery and contacting customer service multiple times, I have still not received a refund.
I would have appreciated a transparent and consistent resolution of this issue.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Naked Underwear. My experience has been a nightmare of broken promises and deceptive customer service.
I placed an order (FR108843-02) for 59,200 Ft. Before delivery, I reached an explicit written agreement with their agent, "Anne," on February 17th. She promised in writing that if I refused the package, they would issue a FULL REFUND to my original payment method and the hygiene policy would NOT be applied in my case.
Following their instructions, I officially refused the delivery via the courier (Express One) on March 3rd. However, as soon as the package was on its way back, they completely changed their story. On March 9th, another agent named "Vallih" claimed they "couldn't" refund the money due to policy and only offered a "store credit" (voucher).
They are intentionally misleading customers, making false promises to get you to follow their process, and then refusing to give your money back. This is unprofessional and borderline fraudulent behavior. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
Save your money and your nerves – stay away from this company!
