Easy Refund
I bought a set, but it took a longer time to receive it and then my partner did not like it that much. When I returned it, I got a fair Deal and the money was back after only 3 days. Anne was a good support!

From my point of view, the products are very good quality and beautiful. Delivery was also quite fast. Not all products fitted me perfectly, but Clara from the customer service helped out very fast and to my satisfaction. Nothing to complain about from my side!

Excellent costumer service, unfortunately poor quality product
Designs are very tasteful, however I agree with other reviewers about the quality being very poor, especially for the price point.
Plus points for the costumer service, Clara was a great help in assuring me my package would arrive after some disturbances.

Months of Delivery Delays, but a Smooth Refund Process
Unfortunately, the delivery did not work out for several months. This was especially disappointing because the order was meant to be a Christmas gift. It required a great deal of patience, and something like this should not happen in this way.
However, I would like to clearly highlight the return process and the customer service as very positive. The communication with Nicole was extremely positive. She responded quickly, was friendly and transparent, and genuinely made an effort to find a good solution. The refund was processed smoothly.
Even though the ordering process was very rocky, the service in the end was convincing. Thank you, Nicole, for the professional and respectful support.

Service is good, but check their return terms
I was first disappointed after discovering the items were shipped from China and took way longer than I anticipated -several weeks. So for the time that I needed them, they didn’t arrive. The company presents as European company and there is no indication during the ordering process that items come directly from China. Due to the price I assumed it is a European product.
Then I worried about the quality. All items were too large for my size as they don’t offer XS. I had hoped size S as the smallest size would fit me but it was way too large.
But the quality was ok and resembled images.
I was also positively surprised about the service and communication when it came to the return, as it was friendly and promptly.
I had to pay for the return shipment (20€), which I did not anticipate.
It does say on their website that returns have to be paid by the customer so it was my fault of not properly reading the terms.
The money was returned quickly.
I would have given 5 stars but I think a bit more transparency about the shipment process is needed. Also, as an XS lady I cannot order anything as it is too large.
