I contacted the support Luce and exchanged many messages about where my order is and what to to now. He was very helpful and we got to a good solution which leaves both parties happy. We received the wrong color set. After I send them an email about it I got in contact with Luce. They were helpful and made several proposal so solve the issue. In the end they send us the right color and I could keep the wrong set.

Scam company
Scam company. They made this second trustpilot account because their first one was full of bad reviews. Never recieved product. Was given fake tracking multiple times. Had to get refund through my bank and reported as fraud.
Regardless of them "replying" to this review, Id contacted by email 5 times only to be lied to, given fake tracking and fake promises. Their response is as much a joke as their company.

Did not know it was a company shipping internationally. It took nearly two weeks to receive my order. Gift box that I paid extra for arrived smashed and items where faulty and horrible cheap quality. I contacted seller by email and they refused refund and offered me vouchers on their website. I then contacted a solicitor and sent them the conversation then they accepted the refund but asked me to pay for return. I opened a claim with PayPal which they have disputed. I ended up winning it as per the consumer act 2015 and finally obtained a full refund after a lot of stress and time wasted. I ended up with no christmas present and nearly lost £80 if I would not have fought for my case. This company is a total scam, quality is horrible its a rip off, they are totally dishonest and dont even follow UK laws, stay away from them!

Very polite customer service
I ordered to a wrong adress (packing station) so my order couldn’t be shipped correctly and was sent back to NAKED. But the customer service was very polite and helped me in my situation. My contact person was Luce and she gave me a voucher worth 100% of the value of my order so I was able to order all the items again to a correct adress and I am very happy with that. Now I am looking forward to my order :)
