Order Never Arrived — No Help, No Solution

I placed an order on November 2nd, and since then I have received no updates other than the initial confirmation and a note saying the package was “being processed at the sorting center.”
We are now over a month later, and I still have no package.

After three weeks, I contacted their customer service — which turned out to be completely unhelpful. They kept sending me the exact same generic message saying the package was on its way, even though the tracking never updated. It honestly feels like I'm talking to an AI robot, not a real human.

After more than four weeks, I requested a refund because waiting any longer is simply unacceptable. Yet they continue repeating the same scripted responses instead of actually solving the problem.

Do NOT buy from this company. Terrible experience from start to finish.

It’s been 2 weeks and my order is still…

It’s been 2 weeks and my order is still not shipped, the customer service doesn’t answer any emails. There is no phone number to contact them either. I’m starting to think I got scammed. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

AVOID - Cheap Chinese imitation goods

The items do not accurately reflect the sales description and photographs on the website and the quality of the goods is extremely poor and most definitely not the same items the models are wearing.

Despite the stated returns and refund policy, I would recommend disputing both having to pay for return shipping costs and only a credit being offered opposed to a full refund on the basis of the goods provided are not what was paid for and are 100% cheap Chinese imitation goods at best, or literally a fraudulent sale.

The pictures look good. But it’s a copy of honey birdette brand! At least a part of the items, I’ve carefully compared - it’s an exact copy! I didn’t buy. Looks like drop shipping from China with low quality

What?

Arrived after 2 weeks, which is fine.
The bra: 2 different cup sizes and uneven in the middle which made it wonky. The wire is about 3-4 cm off. Bigger than expected. Would have looked nice if it was the same cup size
Knickers: they’re alright. Look good, medium comfort.
Price: for this price, you would expect measurements to be the same on the bra cups/wires… cant use the bra. Can use the knickers

Scam/fraud/dropship and the worst customer service experience you will endure from anything

You wish trust pilot would allow none.
Scammers, fraudsters.
Ordered 29/08/2025 didn’t ever come.
Was told by one person it was held at custom, followed by it was delivered and a photo provided on the same day only for it to be confirmed as held by the delivery chain the day after.
This already September 18th and countless complaints almost daily.
A replacement was offered although an item was no longer in stock.

That too didn’t arrive and complaints daily were met with with someone unnamed so the honest review is not removed, being oh so polite and helpful in creating lie after lie as to why it didn’t arrive.
The 3 items finally arrived having been ordered August 29th on October 11th although like I said, 1 was not from the original order as it was sold out.

The poor quality is alarming across all the items I ordered, cheap, awful material, you could buy better on a market for £5… French luxury, no chance.. drop shipped from china, Thailand or a like, yup absolutely. Your delivery packaging will show you this.

But also some products faulty… the bra has one clasp ripped loose at the back and can’t be worn even if you wanted too. The thread along the bodysuit not held together (photos provided after 2 weeks form receiving as I was away upon delivery date and I advised the day after delivery I was away and so would delay sending photos as requested.

Photos sent, faults acknowledged and profound apologies from “Miss S” all to just delay process further…

Refund offered and accepted then ignored, emails are ignored daily, you will get one reply either at the beginning of the day between 7am and 9am and or last hour between 5pm and 6pm
You will wait again a day or 2 for your next response.
I mean it’s been 3 months, I know this by now.
A system glitch, e-mails gone to spam folder despite it being an on going conversation, co worker off.. excuse after excuse…YOU WILL HEAR IT ALL. But “Miss S” Will tell you she’s your friend and on your side and fighting with her bosses whilst nothing is done.. “Miss S” replies are condescending and patronising and get worse as the lies go on. Each e-mail is just to delay you until you are likely bored or tired enough to give up… NOPE, I won’t get bored or tired nor allow others to be ripped off by them.

Warning them I would take the this further with consumer rights breached, to report to bank, visa, Mastercard, trading standards and ombudsman and giving them a timeline to prevent all that and the reviews… When requesting a company number and registered address due to to them dragging this on now 3 months… “Miss S” seemingly ran out of lies and patronising excus she could give chose better to just ignore responding at all… No reply to e-mails for a full working week, 4 days, 9

When resurfacing with a reply… with 4 written requests for a company number and registered address to file the report…
A reply. It has been passed to a new manager to escalate it further and that a refund will be provided and a satisfactory outcome will be found… maybe by Christmasfor a summer order, maybe the new year. Who knows..

Bored reading… just order somewhere else, save yourself awful times on waiting for the worst quality products and don’t risk making beautiful gestures this Christmas that will be let down and gone to waste with you left with a head ache well into the new year.

Your order is marked as delivered on September 11, 2025, even though you reported not having received it. We therefore opened a logistics investigation and proceeded with a new shipment.

You opened a dispute on September 9, 2025, which was before the end of the delivery period indicated on our website (7 to 10 business days after shipment). Normally, no new shipment is possible after a dispute has been opened, due to the risk of double receipt. Despite this, we decided to send a new shipment because your satisfaction is a priority for us.

Regarding the product defects, your request was handled by our team and a solution was offered to you. Your case was not ignored and was followed up on. Ultimately, you did receive your money back.

Minimizing our customers' feelings is not part of our values, and this has never been the case in your situation.

Awful, awful, awful. Where to begin with how bad this company are?

First, they claim to ship within 48 hours - yet my parcel took over 3 weeks to reach me (so the order I placed on 8 September got to me in October).
Second, the size finder on the website is useless. The items that arrived didn't fit at all, far too small, and in the nastiest fabric possible. In most retailers I am a medium on top - a large was ridiculously too small.
Third, getting a refund is impossible. I've lost the enthusiasm and energy for arguing with their AI help person - no, I do not want 70% off 1 item. No, I do not want to pay £45 to ship the items back to France to get a refund as I still end up out of pocket. No, I do not want another item at no cost. (I got so fed up with the back and forth that I opted for another item... Which turned up in 3 weeks and did not fit.)
Fourth, the quality of the item is totally unrelated to the price. These garments feel cheap and nasty, with scratchy labels. But at £50 plus for a set, they are not cheap.
I will never shop with this company. Avoid at all costs.
If you want to buy beautiful lingerie, try Bluebella or M&S instead!

The material is extremely cheap—100% polyester, and the item arrived without labels or a proper return card. It honestly looks like something bought from SHEIN or Temu with the label cut off. The quality is terrible and nothing like what was advertised.
The service and delivery were also awful. Overall, a very bad experience. Please don’t waste your money this feels like a scam.

Buying experience poor, return policy scam

Buying experience poor, return-policy is a scam,
I try to cancel / return my order since weeks. They continue to offer me accommodations I did not ask for and simply do not provide neither a return label nor the address where to return the goods. Partial return not possible. This experience is one of the kind that reminds you how dependant you are upon the seller if you do not have legal protection insurance (opposite of amazon). tbh I think it is 50/50 chance in case they finally provide the return-address that I really get my money back. But at least I received 74 mails since my only order of 10th September, mostly promotion, each mail double. Let's see how much they regret my experience and want to prove their quality this time as a response here (classic apology in all their mails) and want to make it up to me with everything but a refund.

Products are plastic so not the quality I am looking for.

Never again

Terrible experience. Their cup size is way too small. Returns are extremely complicated, they are hardly responding and were basically stalling and ignoring my return request until I started a claim through the paypal. And they don’t cover return shipping costs.
Overpriced for the quality.

Terrible after sales

The underwear is ok but if you want a return you will have to fight tooth and nail to process a return. And even when I agreed to a partial refund I still haven't seen it. Won't now respond to emails despite being super quick to argue about returns. Unless you are 100% certain on the item I wouldn't bother.

Worst experience

Shipping was easy and quick. The quality of the items was bad (from fabric to cut) and differed strongly from the pictures. The worst part was the return though. I had to write countless e-mails asking for return and reimbursement until eventually having to threat with legal consequences before they finally let me return (on my own cost) the items. The process took weeks and cost me a lot of time and nerve.

Cheap product and terrible service

Cheap product and terrible customer service. First the shipment didn't arrive until 3+ weeks. Their returns page clearly states that you can return for 100% refund with return label provided by the company. However, when requesting a return they keep responding providing every option except refund: They'll replace item, they'll give you credit, etc. etc. They also have replied to me so far in English, Dutch, French and German. I don't know if it's a bot, a joke, or just a pathetic attempt to tire me out so they don't need to refund the money. This company should be banned from doing business in Europe as it is blatantly non-compliant will consumer protection laws.
