Great Service, great Quality

I ordered two times. The first time,everything was on time and the product quality was great!
The second time, the delivery was also on time. Unfortunately, one of the products had an issue. I contacted the support, and after I sent them a video of the issue, they said I could order a second item of my choice for free as well as keeping the "broken" one.
It happened really fast and without any problems!
The customer service is great, as is the product quality.
We love the naked underwear and had an great shopping experience both times!

They send you unwanted stuff and never refund

I ordered three items at the end of July, but they still hadn’t been delivered by the end of August, so I cancelled the order. Despite this, the package was sent out anyway. I refused delivery, and DHL returned it. The company then refused to issue a refund and instead offered me the option to choose replacement items. However, what I received was completely different from what I had selected—just random returns, essentially useless.

Update: I received another delivery with the promised replacement items. One star up. Anyway, never think that this company will refund you anything.

It said „delivered“ and never was

Unfortunately I never received the parcel even though it said „delivered“. And I also didn‘t reach someone from the customer service yet. Truly disappointing. Maybe there will be a plot twist but so far: A bad experience - I‘m truly disappointed.

Great Support

At first, I was annoyed because I hadn't received an order confirmation, and the order never arrived, despite the delivery confirmation. But the support I received afterward was truly impressive. After several email exchanges, everything was resolved, and the package was reshipped. In the end, everything arrived without any further issues, and I'm happy with the products.

Do Not Buy!!

I contacted this company and told them that the logistics company had left my package outside of my designated mailroom and someone stole my package. Mind you, this was an order of $180 so you would think that they would insure my package but they didn't. Upon showing them proof of photos where my package should have been delivered they maintained that as long as they "deliver" it to that building it was considered delivered. That it doesn't have to be in the secured designated mailroom. WTF....... so why even have a mail room? In the past with other companies when packages are stolen then they always refund me my money and claimed the insurance from the delivery company. They are a bunch of frauds. These people even though they say they have a "refund" policy they only offered me credit. I don't want credit. Why would I want credit for items I didn't even receive to try on to see if they even fit me or if I like the quality of what you offer. Also, had you refunded me my money I would have had no hesitation to order again from your company and give you a try as I did with other companies. Save your money people.

Regarding a refund for a package that has been declared as not received even though it is marked as delivered, an investigation procedure with the carrier is necessary. For this reason, we asked you to provide us with a certificate of non-receipt so that we could open this investigation and continue processing your request.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received this document, which means we are unable to proceed with the refund process. Once we have received the requested information, our team will of course be able to continue reviewing your case.

We remain available if you wish to contact our customer service department again so that we can find a solution.

Awful

Awful. The company is not EU based, it's a Chinese company shipping from China so your order will take up to three weeks to arrive.

The item itself is poorly designed, clearly designed by a man who does not understand female anatomy.

The sizes are hit and miss. I.e you order a small, medium or large and three weeks later when it arrives it *might* fit you.

But then when to try and return the item they'll offer you a store credit instead of a refund, as long as you post the item back... Presumably to China.

They will try and frustrate you with requests for more and more information (photographs, reasons for returning etc etc) but basically they're just slowing you down and hoping you give up.

Remember, if you bought the item from them it's covered by the EU consumer protections. You have two weeks to return an unsatisfactory item and get a full refund. Don't let them tell you otherwise.

Absolute clowns.

Very disappointed in my first purchase…

Very disappointed in my first purchase and it will be my last .

Received the product after 16 days which is a long time to wait.

Product box was damaged and the lingerie was of very poor quality . Not as advertised on the website .

Poor quality labels and the lingerie felt rough and tacky.

Tried to get a refund however they don't refund only give a credit note . They say its for hygiene purposes but the product hasn't even been tried on as it was a present.

I won't be using this company again and I would not recommend this website .
