🚫 Very disappointed with the service…

🚫 Very disappointed with the service from Naked Underwear.
I placed an order over a month ago, and it took weeks before anything was even shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times, with barely any reply, and only after chasing them again and again did they finally send out a package — which wasn’t even the correct order and looked very cheap and low-quality.

There was no return label, although it should have been included. When I said I wanted to return it, suddenly it was all complicated: I was told to send photos of what I didn’t like, instead of just being allowed to send it back.
I clearly explained I no longer want the items, especially after waiting more than a month. The items arrived too late for a planned shoot, so they are of no use to me anymore. I did not wear or try them on — I simply want a refund.

Instead of offering a proper return and refund, they gave me three so-called options, all of which basically come down to giving me store credit — something I have no use for, because I will never order from this company again.

Now they say they recycle returns and that it’s “not resellable” — but that’s not my problem. The delays and poor service are their fault, and they should take responsibility instead of pushing credit vouchers on unhappy customers.

Avoid this brand. Poor communication, slow shipping, very cheap products, and no respect for basic customer rights. I feel scammed. Don’t fall for it.

This company is a sham

This company is a sham, 3 weeks after ordering no shipment and no customer service. Order still says confirmed but no shipping information, time to get a refund from credit card company

Don’t order

The quality wasn’t good. It felt like all of it came from china. They dont give money back when you try to return the items, only coupons.

Bad quality and shady customer practices

The products are really overpriced for the quality and the customer service is terrible.

I ordered a bodysuit which mainly consisted of straps all over the body with a bit of mesh here and there. The ends of straps aren't properly cast and look super untidy. I tried to return the bodysuit and they denied the return. Instead they just sent a replacement without suggesting another solution. Needless to say that the replacement was just as bad as the original since the problem was not a faulty item but just that the product as such is of low quality. I'm 99% percent sure that the products are drop shipped aliexpress products, and even if they aren't, the quality is 100% the same.

I paid with Klarna and opened a case with them when I realised that Naked weren't going to let me return the item, but by sending a replacement they tricked Klarna into believing that the issue was resolved and Klarna couldn't help me anymore.

Edit: The reply by the company (see below) states that I have been contacted via pm which is not true.

SCAM ! DROPSHIPPING FROM SHEIN
I found the exact same bodysuit 10 times cheaper on shein (109 to 13 euros...).
Very disappointing.

It’s not what it looks

It’s not what it looks. At first glance the site looks fabulous and very nice. But soon after ordering I found out why there’s so many bad reviews. It took them a whole month to deliver my package. While it had to be shipped from France to the Netherlands. My package from China arrived sooner than this. The product itself is nice and the quality looks good. The customer service responds fast but they don’t answer your questions, they just give standardized answerd.

If the delivery didn’t took so long I would order here more often but this was just ridiculous…

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I think it’s an absolute fraud. I never received my package. I live in a full-service doorman building in Manhattan, and every single package is logged and signed for. This package never arrived. This company’s customer service could not have been more useless. I would not spend a single cent on this company ever again.

Order takes forever to come

Order takes forever to come. Atm takes 12 days to get shipped after order confirmation. No updates no contact nothing. Really disappointing. If it turns out to be china import sold als luxury product im going to be so tilted.

ILLEGAL PRACTICES – no refund after return, dropshipping AliExpress lingerie

Be warned before ordering from NAKED: this company refuses to issue refunds, even after receiving returned items in unopened condition within the legal return window. My parcel was delivered to their return address in Rouen on June 5, confirmed by valid tracking (DPD), yet they keep “asking for the tracking number” and ignore their legal obligations.

Instead of processing a refund as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive and French Consumer Code (Article L.221-24), they offered a promo code. This is illegal and quite frankly criminal. I have opened a formal dispute via Klarna and reported the case to the French consumer authority (DGCCRF).

Also worth noting: the lingerie they sell is identical to what you can find on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. They market themselves as a premium brand, but it’s plain dropshipping with a custom label slapped on.

In short:
❌ No refund after returns
❌ Violates consumer protection laws
❌ Sells AliExpress products
❌ Misleads customers about product origin

Avoid at all costs if you care about your money and your rights.

Stay away from this!!

This is a nightmare.

I ordered in April and about 10 days later I received a package with a swimming vest. I have no clue what happened with my stuff and I don’t think it was the shops mistake in the first place but everything that happened afterwards.
They refuse to give me my money back but want to send me a replacement. I told them 100 times that I am traveling through the US for some time and that I am no longer interested.

I highly recommend to stay away from this shop

I bought underwear with this company…

I bought underwear with this company and used their size finder on their website to find my right size. I have a 80E cup and the size finder suggested to buy a size M. It didn’t fit at all. The return policy on their website states a full refund I only have to cover the cost for sending it back. But they told me I can’t have a refund only a voucher to spend it on another purchase with them. This is against the law plus it’s stated differently in their refund policy. They are not thrust worthy.

Scam of a company, do not buy from here.

The company refused to send a replacement or refund me when an item from my order was missing. They first reached out me notifying me the item was out of stock, to choose a replacement. I did and then did not respond for a week. I received my package and the item was indeed missing. Now they're claiming it was shipped and I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. The items I did received smelled terrible and fishy and look nothing like the picture.

Very disappointed in the naked…

Very disappointed in the naked underwear brand. Received a set 4
weeks ago where a hook had broken off, making it no longer possible to wear. I contacted customer service and was promised that a new bra would be sent, but this never happened. I waited for two weeks because I thought the top would have been shipped but i did not recieve a new package. I contacted custumor service again but I have not received any further response to this. Paid a lot of money for a set of underwear that I haven't even had the chance to wear once.

It is not that easy to sent lingerie back.
It is not possible to recieve your money. Only change and the retour cost are for yourself.
It is okay but not let the custumers it is easy to sent back.
You must definitely know that it fits. The product is good.

Drop shipping - Very low quality - no customer service

This is a drop shipping website, I've waited approximately a month for my order to arrive.
The quality of the articles is very low, and the customer service is non existent. No one has ever replied to me about my inquiries on the chat of the website, or by mail. I've received a reply on Instagram after 3 weeks telling by to send an email.
The only logical reason for the good grades on trustpilot are that those are fake curated comments.
