Worst company I have ever dealt with. First, their size is off. The quality of the fabric is very cheap (the lace was hard and felt like plastic). I tried to return the items and since they only accept exchange, I had to order a few other items. It took them FOUR MONTHS to send me the new order. I chased them up a few times and apparently they ran out of stock- i believe in this case, they should have refunded me but they refused. I would not recommend anyone buying from them

BEWARE SCAM

This company buys cheap, mass produced lingerie and markets it as "luxury". If you do a reverse image search, you will find the same items they are selling for just a few euros on sites like Shein and Alibaba. They obviously buy them in bulk and just add their own tags. This is criminal activity, I'm reporting to the authorities in France where they seem to be based but everyone should STAY AWAY

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with an online purchase from NAKED Underwear. What started out as an exciting shopping venture turned into a frustrating ordeal due to multiple errors in my order process and subsequent customer service interactions.

Order Process:

I originally placed an order (#FR21604-02) with NAKED Underwear on 02/06/2024. However, upon receiving the package, I encountered several issues:

1 - Wrong color item:
One of the items I ordered arrived in the wrong color, which was disappointing as I specifically chose it to complement my existing items. And the quality of the products was not good as I was expecting.

2 - Missing item:
In addition, one of the items listed in my order was completely missing from the package. This was especially frustrating as it was an essential part of my order.

Customer Service Interaction:
Upon discovering these issues, I immediately contacted NAKED Underwear's customer service team to resolve the matter. However, the resolution process proved challenging. They confirmed that they knew they sent a wrong product, but they did it because they didn't have the one I choose, and the other one was missing because it was out of stock. If they didn’t have it, the first thing I expected is to communicate that and cancel my order, not sending things I didn’t order and expect I will accept that. I am not interested in other products.

I contacted the company to express my disappointment and request a refund for the entire order due to the errors and missing product.
I had to pay 20 euros to return a wrong product that I didn’t order, because they wouldn’t pay for the return package. After returning the product, they told me the refund is not possible because hygiene matters. The product has no signs of use, it was not even tried. I could understand that if they have delivered the correct product. But no… They delivered nothing what I ordered.
After 2 months, I still did not receive the missing product from my order, also the one they don’t want to give my money back for “hygiene reasons”. How so?? This is unacceptable. This policy was a significant obstacle to reaching a satisfactory resolution, even when knowingly shipping the wrong product.
Despite my persistence, NAKED Underwear cited its refund policy that it is not possible to refund it. The only alternative is to have a credit for the store. This is unacceptable.

Final outcome:
In the end, the company only offered store credits, which did not adequately address the issues. This left me feeling dissatisfied and disillusioned with their approach to customer service.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, my experience with NAKED Underwear's customer service was disappointing and frustrating. Despite efforts to address concerns, the company's unwavering commitment to strict refund policies and reluctance to provide full refunds impeded resolution, even when knowingly shipping the wrong product. As a result, I am left with unresolved complaints and a reluctance to engage with the brand in the future. I do not recommend this store.

Recommendation:

I recommend that NAKED Underwear reevaluate its approach to customer service and consider implementing more flexible policies to accommodate instances of order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, clear and transparent communication regarding refund processes and options would improve the overall customer experience.

From the instagram page and the reviews on this site I thought I could trust this website but was deeply disappointed.
Although I bought everything at a discount promotion, I still paid way too much for such China goods. The delivery was announced 2 days later but took 3 weeks to arrive!!! From France to Germany it takes 3 days at most so lies over lies.
Never buy from this site all these reviews here must be bought and lies.
