if you live outside of denmark, run away from this site
if you live outside of denmark, don't bother. i bought nike air rifts and shipping through the website was $26—fair. i had to pay $85.51 for custom duties to the U.S. ... ok, now the price is comparable to me purchasing through stockx. i had hopes that the item i was going to receive was at least good quality and would make all the fees worth it.
received the product—the stitching on one of the shoe was already messed up and has a gaping hole starting. this item is brand new? there is also glue on an area that shouldn't have it, on the same shoe, but that would have been something i could have overlooked.
reached out to customer service, sent pics of the shoes and the difference between the left shoe (defective) and right shoe (what i expected both of them to look like). their response was that the condition of the shoes i received "in no way reflects the kind of service we aim to provide our customers here at
NAKED Copenhagen". i was given an offer for 20% off the base price. i respond back that the item is defective, i would like to send it back and be compensated for everything i paid for since the item was not as promised. i was given another offer for 40% off the base price and told that extra fees are out of their control. sure, but quality control is something that could have happened prior to me spending $207 on a pair of defective shoes. i have yet to get a response from my last email but overall, i'm not satisfied with any offers besides being compensated for $207 and they can get their defective shoes back.
do not buy through their website, outside of denmark. unless you can be sure that the item you will receive is 100% what you want with good quality.
how are you going to tell me that this item's quality doesn't reflect what the business aims to provide customers, yet not immediately try to replace the shoes or offer 100% of my money back?

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this store.
I placed an order but realized shortly after (about 5 minutes later, during business hours) that I couldn’t use a 20% promo code in time. I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the order so I could reorder with the discount. Unfortunately, I only received a reply two days later, and they refused both to cancel the order and to apply the discount.
When the shoes arrived, the situation got even worse. The shoes were dirty, damaged, with a torn insole and partially unglued. For a product that originally cost €84 (or €64 with the discount), this quality is completely unacceptable.
What is especially frustrating is the lack of any reasonable refund or compensation policy. I am also wondering: if the discounted price was €64 and I paid €84, who kept the €20 difference, since I was denied any refund or adjustment?
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Poor customer service, poor quality control, and no willingness to take responsibility. I would not recommend ordering from this store.

UPS shipping issue
Unfortunately, i didn’t receive my order yet due to a ton of shipling issues with UPS. I suggest you find a better shipping partner than UPS for delivering in the Netherlands.
