Love dealing with Naked Paper, enjoy the quality of the product, subscription & timings of the deliveries work, what's not to like !!

Excellent product from a great company with very good communication and a very easy ordering and delivery service.

Been using Naked Paper for around 6 months now and really happy with them. They last so much longer than standard toilet paper, the delivery is quick and convenient (and no excess packaging!) and the paper is soft. You quickly get used to the brownish colour and I like that the paper is unbleached. I think the price is also very good value. Would recommend!

Excellent products - I’ve got kitchen paper, toilet rolls and tissues stored ready for use. Marvellous website with reminders when a delivery is due to take place and alternations can be easily made. Plus, their attention to production and sourcing is very commendable. Well done that man!

Have paid for toilet roll on April 30 th and it has not been delivered yet . I sent 2 emails but declined to phone as its premium rate . . I am still hoping I will get this

The product is great - sustainably sourced, unbleached and no excess packing. I've been getting the loo rolls on subscription for several years. It's really easy to manage - to delay or speed up a delivery. I don't have to think about lugging bulky loo rolls back from the supermarket or feeling guilty because they don't have recycled or sustainably sourced products.
Naked Paper loo rolls are a great product at a great price. I Highly recommend them. And the same goes for the kitchen rolls.

Environmentally friendly product is always good, but false marketing ruins all the good intentions.

Their advertisement says 'super soft', and compare their softness with other big brands, but the softness is absolutely incomparable. The papers are dry and uncomfortable to the skin, think about this kind of paper marketed as super soft with other big brands, will then still receive good reviews?

It's not about you can't make everyone happy, it's just false marketing. It's not something acceptable just because it's a environmentally friendly product.

I'm so disappointed with their products, rather than feeling I'm supporting good causes, I just felt like I've been lied to.

It's just not nearly as good as the supermarket recycled toilet paper i've been using for years. It's too thin so I end up using twice as much. I've only tried the bamboo version of both the toilet paper and kitchen paper (And I have always prided myself on being economical with my use. Previous brand I would use 2 bits for a wee, but have to use up to 4 with naked) Often doesn't all flush - so either its floating around for ages or I have to flush again. Texture is fine for me, but then i don't usually use extra soft toilet papers. Such a shame as i really wanted to use something not bleached - stupidly it had never occured to me that regular is, as I never use bleach down my toilet.
The kitchen paper also isn't that useful as again have to use double the amount and also disentegrates with anything significantly wet.
Maybe all these 'good' reviews are by people being paid to review as its very hard to beleive. Or else they usually use lots of pieces of toilet paper so don't notice a difference.

My last delivery went missing after it was delivered. Turns out the Royal Mail thought it was a collection and took the item!!

Whats not to like. sustainable loo paper. We've been using Naked paper for 6 months now and feel no need to go back to the supermarket brands. The simple fact that Naked is better for the planet is enough.

Easy to order, reliable, don't have to think about buying and carrying bulky items from supermarkets......great quality.....much better for personal skin health in those important little places.....

This is a product that is really kind to the environment. It as also really easy to manage my subscription by altering the delivery dates if I need to

I decided to give this a try after a previous experience of bulk purchasing eco-friendly loo roll left me underwhelmed.
The texture/strength combination of this product is far superior and I am very pleased with it.
Also, the customer service was very impressive. The initial order was severely compromised by a thoughtless delivery driver, but was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Naked Paper.

I won't be using Naked Paper toilet roll again. It blocked my drains mainly because it doesn't dissolve like your standard toilet paper (I did comparative tests) but also I found I had to use about double the amount to get the job done

I love the idea that I am helping the environment by using unbleached toilet paper. However I need to use twice as many sheets to get the same absorbency and the perforations are not good enough as the paper rarely tears at the point of the perforations.

Great quality product that helps improve the impact my family has on the environment through a sustainable toilet roll. We have been using Naked Paper for a while now and I appreciate the constant improvements made and the feedback taken on. I also like supporting a conscientious company that has the environment in mind but also looks after their employees. User experience is fab, it has always been easy to amend and review my upcoming orders. All round great purchase.

Good quality, environmentally friendly products. Buying in bulk with a repeat order means the cost is reduced and we never run out. We've been ordering for around three years and have never had any problems

Service is excellent, the best part is being able to change order dates very easily to suit requirements of usage. Love the fact we are making as least negative impact on the planet by buying naked bamboo toilet paper. The product isn’t quite as soft as other paper but the ethos outweighs this

Thank you for creating such a brilliant product! You are helping us to tick all the boxes that help us to help our world. I’m currently having a short trip in Thailand where my son lives and of course, loo paper is rarely used here because of their poor drainage/sewage systems (or at least I believe those are the reasons?). It makes you think about the whole thing. So, yes, thank you! You are an ethical, thoughtful business, not just out to make profits… and… most of you are women! Hurrah! But thank you, men, also. You’re all part of something good.

Our household has been using Naked Paper loo rolls for a couple of years now. We were searching for loo rolls that were ethically and sustainably produced. As far as we could see, Naked Paper is one of the very few that meet those qualities, if not the only one.
We will try and persuade other households we know, to try using Naked Paper. I think the colour might put people off. But not us. We love it. Thanks for the reminders and good service.
