I definitely recommend Naked Paper!

Naked Paper are great - their toilet paper is quite soft and pleasant to use compared to other recycled loo rolls and their subscription/delivery process works very well. I don't have to think about it at all, unless I want to delay a delivery, which is quick and easy.
It is also a good feeling to know that my family are using fully recycled products so many times each day!

Top tier company 👌🏼

Love the idea that cardboard boxes used for deliveries are being recycled to make loo rolls. I bought a box ages ago - I can't even remember when - and it's still going strong!
I will keep using it and feeling better about all my deliveries in brown cardboard boxes knowing that they will not go to landfill.

Very happy customer

We have been purchasing from NP since 2021 are extraordinarily pleased with our subscription. I have to admit the kids had raised eyebrows when their toilet roll was no longer white but after using it had no complaints at all. The emails they send are very informative & interesting & I feel confident that purchasing from this company aligns with trying our best to be 'greener'. I will be trying out the kitchen paper and tissues in the future & have no doubt we will continue to be happy with the products & service. I have only contacted customer service once & they were very quick to respond & wonderfully helpful! If you are on the fence about trying them out, just give it a go, you won't be sorry!

Excellent products - highly recommended!

Excellent products (I use bamboo loo roll and bamboo tissues) and I wouldn't buy anything else (I've been a customer for several years). Orders are easy to make and dealt with very efficiently. Highly recommended!

Ecological & ethical.

Brilliant ecological, ethical company, they tick every box. Packed with no unnecessary extra packaging in strong cardboard boxes, delivered to your doorstep. Pause, delay or bring forward delivery easily depending on needs. One of my best decisions, been with you since naked sprout days. Your company is the way forward. Thank you

The Bamboo rolls are soft and absorbent

I've been using the bamboo rolls for quite a long time now (Naked Sprout days) and I find them soft and very efficient. Initially, it looks more expensive than supermarket toilet rolls, but the rolls last a LOT longer, I think partly because of their absorbency, but mainly because there seem to be so-o-o many sheets on each roll. I have been satisfied with the rolls from Day One and would not consider changing to any other product.

We love Naked paper!

We love Naked paper. It's a great company with ethical bias. However the toilet paper lasts so long we are actually saving lots of money. And we never have to pop out for loo roll. It's the best subscription delivery to your door loo roll and kitchen roll.
And if you ever need to email them for help with anything they are super helpful and friendly..

I love everything about naked paper

I love everything about naked paper - not just their loo roll. Their transparency about their ethics and supply chain makes a refreshing change and I find their emails genuinely behind the scenes interesting! Happy to be spending my pennies on their direction

Naked Paper works for me

I'm very satisfied with my Naked Paper subscription. I like the occasional newsletters with behind-the-scenes info on the company, the factory, etc. I like the non-white paper and the delivery side of things works well.

All three products are great

All three products are great. We’ve used them for about a year with no problems. Delivery is efficient and customer service is very good.

I’ve been a member of Which magazine for many years and I think their review of the loo rolls was totally wrong. The reviewers must have very delicate bums!

Absolutely brilliant loo roll

Absolutely brilliant loo roll - soft, strong and lasts well. No bleach involved and no plastic or unecessary packaging. Their recycled cardboard loo roll is so much better than other companies bamboo loo roll.
Ordering is so simple and you can change your regular delivery very easily on the website. I love that they are a British B-Corp company recycling cardboard locally and just doing the right thing for the planet and for their customers. I now buy their kitchen towel as well and their paper tissues. A very happy customer!

Great products

Great products, wonderful customer service and good for the environment compared to others.
I have been a customer for six years. I remember this due to my embarrassment during covid as we had loo rolls aplenty. And can't envisage changing this.

Top quality

The paper feels great quality, and I love the company's ethics - no chemicals, using recycled materials, paying fair wages. And it's the only company whose round Robin emails I actually read - very informative and inspiring. Definitely recommend!

deterioration in quality over the years

I've been a Naked Paper nee Naked Sprout subscriber for years and have always loved the value and quality aside from the eco aspects.
The last box of loo rolls seemed a lesser quality than previously. It disintegrated more easily in use like standard loo rolls.
This latest box is a further deterioration in quality and judging by the rolls being smaller though the centres are the same (other than being branded now), lesser quantity, 147g now 128g.
I may well cancel my subscription.

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear your recent order isn’t working as well for you at home.
We haven’t made any changes to our production, so it could be a batch issue. We'll follow up with our factory to make sure everything is as it should be. We are always looking for ways to improve so we appreciate your feedback.

Very impressed with your loo paper. My order lasts for a long time which concludes that you definitely get more toilet roll for your money, and definitely better value than other brands. Your brand was recommended to me by University students! 😃

Now that we're used to not having white…

Now that we're used to not having white toilet paper, the beige of Naked Paper is my preferred choice! It flushes easily and is strong enough to wipe areas when needed ;0) a little more expensive than supermarket offerings, but no direct competition, and it's got to be better for the planet. Win win!
