Shocking customer service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered table didnt arrive by advised date. no contact from Naken. After numerous emails, calls and complaints they call me to apologies and advised will be out for delivery the next day, The next day comes and they message to advise the order is cancelled with no explanation. Continuing with the complaint they offer 20% off next order, Obviously wont be ordering again so pointless. Left us with no table for weeks with shocking communication and service. Dont order from Naken if you need your item anytime soon.
Slow and wrong delivery
Order was submitted, I did not register as a customer. It took 2 weeks for order to be dispatched to the billing address and not the shipping address.
No offer to rectify the error or acknowledgment of any issue on the systems and processes on their side.
Communication was good
Communication was good, everyone I spoke to was helpful, and any queries were actioned promptly, and best of all, we LOVE our new lamps.

Would leave a minus rating if that were possible, quite honestly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, appalling attitude from the customer service advisers, when I expressed how unhappy I was at the service I had and was still receiving from them I received a reply telling me I had no right to feel that way, surely as I customer I am entitled to my opinion, clearly not..., appalling attitude coupled with incompetence and ineptitude is a very bad mix. I waited over four weeks for a vase that arrived massively chipped along the rim, extremely noticeable, all internal and external packaging was intact so this vase had obviously been despatched to me in this condition, the amount of photographs requested by Naken prior to accepting the return of the vase was ridiculous, some common sense but to ask for a picture of my name and address label on the box was just pedantic in the extreme or perhaps it was the adviser who took exception to my dissatisfaction exercising the little bit of power he had?, I continually said I wanted a refund not a replacement, this was ignored time after time, then when I was eventually told the item could be returned for a refund and I checked via Royal Mail tracking I discovered that Naken had had the returned item for over a week and still no refund, I eventually emailed the CEO of Naken, who I have been instructed not to name, who obviously did not reply but my refund was made later that day, a coincidence?. The fact that on this site Naken only respond to the few favourable reviews that they receive and tellingly ignore that many bad ones speaks volumes in itself. Do not purchase from this Company, there is zero customer service when things go wrong which is just the very time that a Company can be judged on their customer service skills, Naken have no respect for their customers and are unfailingly rude and unhelpful."
Ordered 7th Jan and still no delivery…
Ordered 7th January and still no delivery after chasing 3 times and receiving confirmation of the estimated date being pushed back each time, not once has this company contacted myself I have had to chase every time. I have requested a refund but 5 working days have passed and no response. I shall be opening a dispute with PayPal
Wonderful product and service
Quick delivery, beautiful product sent in recyclable materials which was appreciated. Using the pot as a utensil holder which makes a great modern statement in my kitchen. Will definitely purchase from Naken again

Flummoxed.
I had an issue when my PayPal address loaded incorrectly, as a result my parcel was sent to a very old address - an issue I do take full responsibility for.
I then email asking next steps, expecting to be met with helpful customer service. To be told there is a £15 fee for the “failed delivery” and for redelivery.
I asked for a full breakdown of this cost - which is a right I have as a consumer, I wish to have a full receipt of where my money is going. After several vague responses, I am told this information cannot be disclosed to me. I am then sent the T’s and C’s on this which are beyond boggling, but they are written all the same.
Royal Mail do not charge for failed delivery, so this in my view appears as money making from an honest mistake.
I am taken aback by several rude, sarcastic notes in the email I received, noting “ had the correct address been input in the beginning (when you placed the order) we would not be in this situation at all.” (I had never at any point denied this, I was just looking for transparency over the £15 cost)
If good reasoning was given over the cost, I would not question it. A cost should be easily justified, otherwise why is it in place.
Professionalism and clarity would be appreciated, rather than vague, sarcastic responses.

Best available price
Best available price for the items I wanted, but delivery took 10 days from the date of my order, I assume the items were not kept in stock and had to be ordered in, so this is something customers should be aware of if you need something quickly.
Edit - the company have since then helpfully clarified for me the difference between In Stock, Available, and Pre-Order on their website.

Very helpful support on the phone prior to placing an order. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, had a friendly manner and was happy to check some details with a colleague. The product was delivered promptly and was packed well in materials that could all be recycled.

Poor customer service
I ordered and paid for a lamp on 31 October. It was supposed to be delivered in November but this date kept getting pushed back. I waited patiently as I really wanted this particular lamp. I finally received a parcel on 25 January but it was the wrong lamp. I contacted customer services and explained that due to work etc I could not get to a post office to return the wrong lamp until the following week and could they just dispatch the correct lamp in the meantime as I had waited nearly 3 months by this point. They politely said no they were not prepared to do this in case I kept both lamps. They would only send the correct lamp once they had received the wrong lamp. I was expected to parcel up the lamp and either take it to a post office or wait at home for a pick up. This was entirely their fault and yet they did not offer any flexibility in their approach to customer services in getting my correct lamp to me as soon as possible. This lamp was available back in October from other companies online and in hindsight I wished I had bought it from another online retailer.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company. Ordered 3 lights in October, failed to meet delivery times given twice, was then told two of the lights were out of stock (they sent the other one) and was never made aware at the point of order. Still awaiting delivery despite been told over and over they were on their way. Still awaiting lights and/or a refund! Would never use again!!!!
