Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost ! I have ordered a dining table in November it’s January and I’m still waiting I have opened case and every single one was closed straigh away ignoring my concerned that they charged me in November and they keep delaying my delivery every time I ask why table has not arrived really poor customer service one I told them I will take this further they cancelled my order without informing me

It arrived quicker then expected which was great as I wanted it for Christmas. Very good wrapping as the vase is glass and I did wonder if it would arrive in one piece with the Christmas post. Looks lovely in dinning room.

Lovely product, now damage. Although delivered a week later than initially mentioned, however was kept updated without prompting and quick response to any queries or updates. Poppy is extremely helpful and would highly recommend this company. Will buy more stuff from here. This is my first time ever leaving a review, but with so many companies selling same or similar high end products, I felt it worth leaving a review when a company stands out from the rest. Woeful quality
Woeful quality. Item arrived in terrible condition. Metal table legs massively bent out of shape. The item was so damaged that it seems unlikely to have occurred during transit.

Great customer service
Ordered a glass butter dish which was dispatched promptly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, despite being very well packaged, Parcel Force still managed to smash it in transit. However the Naken customer support team were brilliant, answered my email almost instantly and arranged for a replacement to be sent. No quibbles and no fuss and very apologetic even though the damage was beyond their control. Very happy to give them a 5 star review, especially Poppy who’s been so helpful.

Item didn’t arrive, rude staff
Ordered an item from this company that when delivered I wasn’t in, according to their T&Cs delivery should have been attempted the next day but this didn’t happen. The courier didn’t give me a tracking number but said I could arrange a redelivery through the sender, contacted them to do this and was told they couldn’t, after going back to the courier I was being asked for £12 to arrange a redelivery. Again went back to Naken the agent I spoke to was so rude huffed at me on the phone and told me they wouldn’t pay for any extra delivery charges as it wasn’t their fault. Asked to speak to a manager as their website said different I was left on hold for 15 mins, phoned in again and was told by another agent they didn’t know why she had left me on hold as there wasn’t anyone there to transfer me to and I had to email them anyway. Great waste of my morning I just hope I get a refund as it’s now a week later and I don’t have the item I’ve paid for, would never use these again
Edit: raised a complaint with the company and honestly never had a complaint handled so poorly, completely ignored sections of the complaint and said I needed to send a letter until I pointed out legally there was no difference between and email and letter. They told me that they’d refunded me as a ‘gesture of good will’ shocking as I can’t see how they would have any right to charge me. Awful company thoroughly disappointed
Edit following their reply: thanks for your reply, I thought you were going to continue sending me messages to ask for this to be removed I even had to send TP evidence after you stated this wasn’t a review for you and they verified it.
As my review states your agent was so rude on the phone and the complaint was handled so poorly I would never recommend you or wish to attempt to use your services again, to be told I received a refund as a good will gesture for an item you didn’t deliver and where you failed to follow your own T&Cs is unacceptable

I ordered the Brooklyn Industville…
I ordered the Brooklyn Industville light fitting and two additional bulbs (£15.00 each).
After only a few weeks of being installed, one bulb failed to work.
I contacted customer support and dealt with Poppy, who was extremely efficient, friendly and in two days the new bulb was on its way to me from the supplier.
Excellent customer service, thoroughly recommend Naken.
