From start to finished product this company was great! I was searching for a name badge with a certain logo. After I found this company, I started to search their site and an agent came online to assist. Within minutes, she produced the exact logo, even though it was not listed. She set up a preview and what she produced was perfect! I ordered one for myself and one for my husband. They were shipped quickly and when they arrived, they surpassed our expectation. I ordered 2 name badges, I paid for rush service, rush delivery. I had been extremely busy, couldn't check the email. But I noticed that after 2 days, they sent the email for me to approve the proof. I was kinda upset because it was not the large order. I could handle some error if the company had the good policies to rectify the error. However I sent the approval on Thu And 5 days went by, when I had a moment to check my emails again (Some of us are not glued to the phone all the time). I received 5 emails asking for another approval. I finally called the customer service, they said oh they could approve it over the phone at they would send them out within 2 days and that would take another 2 days for shipping. I paid extra for the expedited service in hope of getting them within 2 days. A week went by and I would to wait for another 4 days???? What was the rush service fee for??? I was on hold waiting to speak to the supervisor, at this point, I wanted the money back. The supervisor came on the phone and said that oh they just wanted to make sure that I would be Ok with the design because I put the clipart at the corner, they were not sure.
Well, here is the thing, if you are that concerned, you can either ONE Do not allow the software to let customers put the clipart at the corner or TWO CALL CALL CALL if you are THAT concerned and don't want to be responsible of redoing them. I didn't hear a word of "I am sorry for the delay". You need to be trained for your customer service skills. Say it and it will help, you don't really have to mean it. I had to keep repeating "I want my money back, I want to cancel the order". Why did it have to be get escalated like that? Own up to what you can or cannot provide and move on. I work in the field that I have to care for people and I apologize daily if the services that I do happen to be below the par of what people expect and try to fix them. You should be glad that you have jobs while millions of people are unemployed right now in Nov 2020. I am waiting for the stinking 40 USD to show up back in my account and I will be done, or I will be writing another review, I guess.

Customer Service Above & Beyond
When I discovered our office in another city is still closed, I emailed Customer Service to see if it was too late to change shipping addresses for a new hire's name badge. Melissa went above and beyond to help me. She got up, went back to shipping, pulled the package back out and re-labeled it so it could go to our new employee's home instead. It would have been just as easy for her to just say, sorry it's already gone. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did. Melissa for Employee of the Month!
