This company has the worst customer…

This company has the worst customer service skills. I would never recommend this company to any of my colleagues or anyone I used this company for the past 2 years to create name badges for my employees. The one time a didn't agree with their proofing and asked for adjustments they decided to state I was difficult. This company doesn't know the first thing about customer service or about satisfying their customers. They have the mindset to create your name badge the way they see fit. Nor did they even give me the common decency to tell me that they decided not to create my name badge after I sent them all of my name badge Information, I had to call to find out their decision. This company is totally unprofessional and doesn't value good customers. I would never recommend this company.

Unfortunately this review does not represent what occurred. We want each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with the products they receive and for the order process to be smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
The reviewer made 2 previous purchases with us (2017 and 2018) and was not happy during the process.
Upon requesting another ID badge we decided it was best to not accept the order due to previous complications. We did not take payment and advised the client that we didn't think we would be able to meet her expectations with regards to multiple art revisions, logo creation and design modifications. We wish her the best and hope she is able to create what she is envisioning.
