Unbelievably frustrating experience. Our swivel chair is three weeks late. It was out for delivery twice then lost. I have had multiple promises from customer service reps and supervisors that a new order would go out. That is now a week late too. Absolute bullshit.
Do not order from this company. Extensive delays in delivery, no communication about delays, incredibly slow customer service (uf you even get a reply). After two delivery delays (that I had to email them to ask about), I still haven't received my crib. This company appears to be a scam. Watch out!
