Ordered 2 pairs of heels that looked lovely online. When delivered they were complete crap. Looked like they had been constructed by toddlers. Buckle falling off, shaped completely wrong, overall rubbish. Hope you are reading this and take it on board. Tried to return but no response. Shop somewhere else. Wish I had taken the time to search for and read reviews. $160 AUD down the drain!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in late September. They arrived in mid October. The sneakers had different shades of color on the parts of the sneakers and the sizing was not accurate. I asked to return them for a refund and get a postpaid return label like every other company does. They first offered me a 30% refund with no return, then no refund but a free pair of shoes, then 50% refund with no return, then a 100% refund and a return off the sneakers. This company ships out of China. A return would cost almost as much as what I paid for the merchandise. I declined and went back to a previous offer of a 50% refund. They agreed to that and told me that the money would be deposited in my account in 7 business days. It has been 14 business days and I have got nothing back. It has taken so long with the super slow back and forth that I cannot even get a chargeback. They stalled until that window was closed to me. I have never seen the likes of it.

I just received the shoes today, and they are completely NOT what I ordered. False advertising, they didn't get the style or color right. I wish I had read all these reviews first before ordering

This company is a total scam. DO not order anything from this company. Ordered a pair of shoes-twice receive the wrong color shoes. Been fighting with them for 5 months only to NOT receive the correct shoes or refund. Had to take action from my bank and won the dispute.

The first pair of shoes was great, but it went bad from there. The second pair they supplied were not what I ordered; however, even after sending photos of what I ordered, which clearly showed they were different, they still insisted that what I ordered was what I received. I contacted PayPal, reporting the transaction. That changed everything. Now they are offering me a choice of picking another shoe or accepting a 50% refund. My advice, as many have stated here, is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Never order from this company.
I ordered shoes for my daughters wedding.
They Squeaked when you walked in them.
I tried to return them and they refused.
Even Paypal could not resolve the issue!
They are impossible to work with. Beware! I am out $52

Beware CuzCare.com - when I ordered from them, the charge came up as Nanccy.com, which is very poorly reviewed here. My bank blocked my credit card and is issuing me a new one :/

I'm so pissed I fell for this scam of a company. I too wish I had seen these reviews. Going back via emails trying to get the postage. The sneakers were in a plastic bag that smelt like chemicals. They're probably worth $.50 each. Total crap. Calling my credit card company now!

Didn’t get any notifications about my order, never received my sandals.

i ordered a slip on sandal which took forever to be delivered. when it finally arrived it was the wrong item. waiting now to see how long they respond for my request for instructions to return item and get a refund to my original form of payment. very disappointing.

NEVER order anything from this fraudulent source! I ordered shoes without being aware they would come from Hong Kong. A month later the post office had the plastic bag that supposedly contained the shoes but I would have to pay more than $8 postage because Nanccy used a counterfeit postage label,avoiding the “free shipping” promised. I didn’t pay it or even look at the shoes. I’m guessing Nanccy uses child labor to produce them. NEVER trust Nanccy! What are my chances of getting a refund? Slim & none?

Worst Company EVER! First off wanted to cancel NO then offered 40% off wait a week to get credit ok NO CREDIT! Sent wrong shoe OMG then saying send back yeah Right YOUR Screw UP Seriously!

Like all the others I should have read the reviews first. Had no idea company was from China, shoes took forever to arrive and were not at all what they showed on the website or what I had ordered. Been emailing customer service for over a month and they are refusing to give me a refund. In one email they offered me a 50% refund, but for over 2 weeks now they will not even respond and of course, I never received any refund. I do not understand how this company continues to be allowed to do business in the US. They are a total scam!

Regret not reading reviews beforehand. Received shoes that didn’t match what’s advertised on their website - were big. Trying to get instructions to return and get refund, but their customer rep is talking around in circles and not answering my questions. Total scam!! I would advise not to buy from this company.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Didn’t like the shoes and not 100% refundable. I was offered to purchase another item or 30% refund. I’m not confident I will receive the refund. Always read the reviews from companies prior to ordering.

Advertised as quality $45 mens leather mules but are cheep Chineese dollar store crap. Didn't even look like the photos of the product. 100% a scam.

These are the only shoes that we have found that fit my husband’s fat feet. I ordered two pair earlier this year. Tracking said they were delivered but I didn’t receive them. After many attempts to resolve the issue and I had given up after back and forth emails. But I’m happy to say, the replacement order was finally delivered! Thank you so much!!

Total scam. Shoes are not leather. No plantar support.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would...I'm not going to sugarcoat it..I WAS SCAMMED!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my mom, but it's pretty clear their sizing is off...I emailed them to let them know I need to return them...The email has been sent back to me undeliverable 4 times now....My next step is call their customer service line or possibly the BBB, although I'm not sure they would do anything since the company is based out in China.....So pissed! $90 down the drain!!

I placed my order for 3 pairs of shoes. A week and a half later I was emailed to say they had shipped. A week after that, all 3 arrived, perfect sizes, exactly what I ordered. I am writing this review, as after I placed my order, my son read all these bad reviews on here, so I want to say my experience was perfectly fine :))
