Ordered the shoes after bunion surgery. The shoes are very flimsy and look more like a cheap slipper. They did not fit properly and are overpriced for the product. Return has been a nightmare. This is my 4th email trying to contact them to please give me return address. They say not to send back to address on package which is from China. They acknowledge my first email saying they will investigate but nothing since though they are displaying guaranteed return policy on their website….

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY! IF THEY DON'T FIT, YOU CAN'T RETURN FOR REFUND AND YOU ARE STUCK WITH SHOES THAT YOU CAN'T WEAR. I agree with all the other reviews. I continue to get emails that completely ignore my return request but offer different "discount" amounts. The emails don't even make sense. I can't imagine being elderly or a diabetic trying to return and chase their money down.

After numerous emails a refund was apparently to be credited to my card. NO REFUND received.

While I liked the shoes, they were too big and their return/exchange policy is non-existent to people in the US, at least. Their website said to contact them about a return, and I did, they offered me a credit to my credit card - a fraction of what I paid - to keep the product. I asked many times to return it instead but they did not acknowledge a return, only $11 to keep them. So now I'm stuck with a $77 pair of shoes that do not fit, and I will have to donate them.

After the second set of shoes were sent costing me $71.50 in returns because Nanccy's sizing chart is wrong by 2 sizes I found that the suede was wearing off the shoes after 2 day's of wearing. I wish I could put up a picture.I don't recommend these shoes or this company. They wont do the right thing by you. Don't touch this company........
This is the response you get when they stuff up. They did give me the 20% discount but not the 20% refund.

DON'T TAKE THE RISK YOU'LL REGRET IT.......

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One size was completely wrong. I e-mailed according to their instructions for a simple exchange. I was repeatedly offered the following: "we offer you a 20% discount coupon. So that you can buy it again, and you will see if you accept it. Another 10% refund will be given to you and the item will be kept." So basically they tell me I need to pay additional shipping of $30 to return the size that does not fit and they will pay me a "refund" of 10%- which would be around $7 for a $70 pair of shoes. So I pay an additional $23 dollars to return them. I am out of pocket $93 dollars and then I am instructed to buy them again 20% off - so another $56. Their bottom line offer for a simple exchange is that I pay a total of $149 for the same pair of shoes and pray they arrive and are what I ordered. Their website claims: MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 60 days hassle free guarantee This is not hassle free and what was offered is not in accordance with the understanding of any guarantee or claim on their site. I was never given direction for an exchange that would not have doubled the price. Finally, the quality of the shoes is substandard at best. Buyers BEWARE!

I bought two pairs of shoes and the first pair fitted, although came wth one pair wth dirty shoe laces. The second pair was a size too small. When I requested the address as specified to send them back to exchange for a size larger, they sent me an email with no return address but instead requested I accept 10% refund and keep the shoes. I declined and again asked for the address, but to date have not received any reply or return address.

Worst online shopping experience every. Bought 3 pairs of shoes all incorrect sizes. My usual size that I ordered first did not fit nor the other 2 pairs around that size. Assume original size was labelled incorrectly but no acknowledgement from Nanccy. No full refund or free exchange

The shoes are true to size and fit well.I have painful feet and these are so comfortable.They are also nice and light.The crystal embellished shoes I bought are fancier than plain joggers and look great with a dress.Well done to this company.I am from Australia.

I bought a pair of sandals that were supposed help with my comfort
orthopedic type.... I finally receive them today I am completely disappointed.... I ordered a size 9 and they sent a size seven very cheap and doesn't have a shoe size inside or outside of the shoes😒
