Very disappointed

Very disappointed. The shoe does not fit well and since they ship from China it took forever to arrive. I wanted to return but instead they offers me a 50 percent coupon off another pair and said I could keep the other pair. I'll probably wind up donating them since they do not fit. If I knew this was a Chinese company I never would have ordered. Terrible not to offer a way to recoup my purchase

Wish I could give a -100 rating.

Wish I could give a -100 rating.
Terrible service!!! They sent the wrong size shoes, follewed promised to ship the right size (multiple emails) all empty words, then started asking for pictures? yep take a picture of the shoes on - the shoes that were the wrong size?!?!? utterly irrelevant. TERRIBLE COMPANY. Had to escalate with paypal.

3rd attempt asking how to return shoes

3rd attempt asking how to return shoes. Never worn, just wrong size.

Got 1 msg. Saying “ they are working on it”.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Seemingly their profit comes from doing NOTHING to help with returns or EVEN AN EXPLANATION as to why not.

The shoes I ordered did not fit

The shoes I ordered did not fit. I contacted the company and the first time Daniel told me to tell him what shoes I would like to replace the ones that I received and I could keep them. After I told him about the ones that I wanted he told me that he had no record of my name or my order. I told him that I had no other name or information that was the name that I ordered that she was with and he said he couldn’t find my order, and there was nothing he could do. I think that is poor business.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM

I am extremely pissed with this company. I ordered shoes a little while ago. Only for them to say they delivered ny shoes to me but I refused (they never came to my house by the way and at the time the manifest says it was refused I was home and never received a notice or anything) then they sent the shoes to Indiana and and said they were delivered to the post office there. I received an email saying I needed to go to the post office to pick up my package. I live in Fort Pierce, FL not Indianapolis, IN. Whatever you do, I know the shoes may help people but don't trust this company. I have yet to receive my money or product. I'll never order from them again.

The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service. They advertise return for a refund, then they won’t do it. I was not happy with the quality or fit. My only recourse for a refund was to return the shoes to China at my own expense. Who knows if I would have even received a refund at that point. They are crooks.

Shoes for mom

Ordered shoes for my mom. The worst part was the wait. A month and a half for a pair of shoes. The shoes were very low quality. Corners cut everywhere. I would not recommend.

DECEPTIVE OMISSION FROM RETURN POLICY-BEWARE

I ordered a pair of Nanccy shoes that came in the wrong size. The incorrect size was shipped, which is when I, with the help of my son, requested to exchange them for the correct size. I then discovered Nanccy's scandalous return and exchange policy which makes legitimate returns and exchanges for any reason other damaged product economically unfeasible.

After receiving help from my son to e-mail the customer service department, and request an exchange for the size that was ordered, we were informed that since the shoes weren't broken--they merely were the wrong size, I would be responsible for paying the return shipping, BUT, we were offered the option to accept a refund of 5% ($2.50 of of the $50 purchase price) and keep the shoes that don't fit.

I found this offer to be insulting, so I insisted that I'd rather pay for the return shipping and receive a full refund, due to the shoes not fitting. Once again, I was scolded, and informed that since the shoes weren't broken--they simply didn't fit--we were not eligible for a full refund or exchange at their expense.

In my next e-mail, I insisted that they provide me with their shipping address, because I was demanding to pay for the return shipping and I was adamant that I receive a full refund to my credit card.

Followed by a long delay, another e-mail insisting I would have to ship the $50 shoes back to a Chinese address at my expense, and that the shipping cost may exceed what we spent on the shoes. They upped their offer, suggesting we keep the shoes that don't fit and a refund of 10% of the purchase price ($5).

When I complained equally adamantly about this equally absurd offer, they ceased replying to my e-mails.

If Nanccy's business practices do not violate US consumer protection regulations, I don't know what does. It is scandalous for a retailer of SHOES, a product notorious for requiring exchanges due to improper fit or discomfort, to require the customer to pay to return goods that were not the size that was ordered--or for that matter, ANY size-related reason, even if they do ship the size ordered. I don't differentiate between the two. Either should be covered under a more customer-friendly return and exchange policy.

Furthermore, Nanccy.com knowingly and purposefully seems to omit the fact that any attempt to return or exchange shoes that weren't ordered or don't fit properly will be effectively rejected, as they have schemed to rig a system that omits from their. policy, the important fact that returns and exchanges must be returned to China in the event they ship the incorrect size or the shoes ordered don't fit. They omit the Chines return shipping address from their return & exchange policy and instead, require you e-mail customer service to open a return/exchange investigation AFTER the purchase.
After examining the website after all this, I did discover this is a Chinese company. Still, the Chinese return shipping address should be clearly stated RIGHT IN THEIR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY! Shame on them!

Why doesn't Nanccy allow returns and exchanges to be shipped to their U.S. distribution center? Well, I think we all know why, don't we? I have copied and pasted Nanccy.com's return policy below:

Don’t buy from these people

Shoes were poorly sized and nothing like those shown in pictures. They were supposed to be Nude but were grey. Cheap and poor quality. Velcro strap which should have allowed you to adjust width across toe section was only decorative. Very hard to get the. To provide a refund so don’t believ the returns policy. Originally offered 10% money back and I could keep the shoes! I ended up with a 50% return as they would not go any higher and they knew that you won’t don’t want ro have to send the shoes back as the postage would have been an expense for you. Do not buy from them. Kmart shoes would be better than these

Must be very very careful to buy shoes…

Must be very very careful to buy shoes from this producer, the actual shoes' size are completely different with the size chart. It is very complicated to return it back for change. Never ever buy anything from there.

Appalling and dishonest company!

Appalling company. Refused to send shoes and said I hadnt paid. After numerous emails from “ Daniel” so called They finally found my order snd said they posted the shoes which never arrived and the company say they cant find my order. The shoes still haven't arrived but from other reviews it sounds as if I wasted my money. Companies like this should be shut down.

If I could rate them a negative

If I could rate them a negative, I would. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Terrible quality - and no return policy 😵 6 emails to and fro with Daniel offering me more and more % refund to keep their product. Started at 10%…. I asked if 50%. I’m in Australia and know the cost of posting to China will be heavy, so eventually settled for 35% refund. But will hope the refund materialises and I’m still stuck with crappy shoes that don’t fit and smell of terrible plastic. Terrible ethics. Don’t risk it. Not worth it. Kmart shoes are better quality - by about 100%

Very happy with my order

I know that this company has some bad reviews, but they actually really came through for me. I ordered a pair of extra wide diabetic slip-on sneakers for my sister. She's very difficult to fit. It took two months to get them, including a couple of re-shipments because the address was missing my unit number, but they finally arrived, they look well-made, and they fit my sister's feet perfectly. She walked all over the neighborhood in them and was super happy. Customer service responded promptly whenever I emailed them for status update during the two months that they were in transit and were easy to work with. I'll order shoes from them again.
