I’ve been struggling with the thought of changing the car That Tony and I both loved.A chance meeting while out walking my dog Brodie saw the car. a young salesman appeared showed me the interior and I was very impressed.To cut along story short Cody clinched the deal and along with Dan I knew I was making the right choice. I had emails and texts before I came to the showroom telling me I was a valued customer. I purchased a pre registered car with delivery mileage . I was offered a very low part ex price for my car and received no recognition of loyalty or that I was a returning loyal customer

To be clear the mats were provided after this review had been completed and yes I said thank you because that is the courteous thing to do.
My car was under warranty and was subsequently sold to another trader for considerably more and they also test drove it and found no mechanical faults.

It’s not a good look to say you appreciate feedback and then publicly criticise your customer. My feedback was a genuine reflection of how I felt and I am sorry that your organisation felt the need to respond so defensively

Our entire experience from walking into the showroom, test driving and the process in purchasing the car was second to none.
The knowledge, the help we received from all staff members was excellent. Tom and Matthew in particular was excellent from the moment we decided what car we were going for to the day we collected.
