We have had three vehicals from Nathaniel cars in bridgend and have found the customer service 100% satisfactory. Craig Johnson has always been courteous, polite and friendly and helpful. All staff seem to be the same.

Craig treated us so well in process of buying car. Second car I bought from nathaniel and as long as new purchased car is reliable I be coming back for next car.

Cody was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing experience (even when there was a problem with the paperwork the day we were picking the car up, he dealt with it very efficiently). We were kept up to date with the delivery date throughout which was actually quicker than first indicated which suited us just fine. Only negative was the handover which was very quick considering the complexity of the car. Overall, I would highly recommend Nathaniel Car Sales.

Dan at Bridgend made my experience of purchasing a car smooth, after 11years of having a company car and not having to do a great deal, he explained everything and talked me through the different options. Took delivery of my new MG IM5 today. Fantastic service. Regular phone calls since ordering from Sandra providing updates and then Owain who delivered the car was great in demoing the vehicle as well as providing ETAs along the way. The car arrived on a low loader so was immaculately clean, fully charged and no added delivery mileage. Compared to leasing experiences I've had in the past, this was 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended.
