I think the revised prize is an insult for the lower prizes, £1 for matching 2 numbers when the ticket price is £2. I know they say there are 2 chances of winning but one would have thought keep the p... See more

Absolutely awful!

Awful, ticket dates not in logical order , not grouped together as previous website, whoever designed or approved this should be sacked!
Would give 0 if I could, with all these negative comments hopefully they’ll do something about it.. I.e. use thr previous format

NEW WORLD PAY SLOW GLITCHED TOOK MONEY TWICE I MISSED DEADLINE TO PLAY GAME

It would appear that the National Lottery have a new payment system called WORLD PAY. I wasn't able to play the lottery yesterday because that system took so long to take money from my account that I missed the deadline. Iin the end WORLD PAY after sending so many messages about not being able to process my payment...Ended up taking money from my account three times because the system was lagging behind. Very unhappy about that!!

If I ever played the lottery again, I need to allow at least an hour to deposit money into my account before the game entry timeends!!😡😡

Where do I start

Where do I start, the app is an absolute disgrace. Cannot update my card details as they keep getting rejected for some reason. Emailed and got contacted to tell me use the chat service or call. I used the chat service which is a bot so no success so decided to call. They went through all options to try and still not able to update. As for the lottery itself, two must be won jackpots in one week, guess what, no winners. It’s an absolute rip off. Playing the lottery is about having dreams of winning big. You won’t be able to achieve that with this company running it. Bunch of amateurs lining their pockets. It should have stayed in the uk with the the best interest of the uk ppl. Give it to Richard Branson and maybe us normal folk might just be in with a chance of making our dreams come true. The 1 star is very generous btw as it’s the only rating that’s allowed as low. It would be in the minus if allowed. Wake up allewyn, the uk folk have had enough, it’s time to go back to how the original lottery was set up when big wins meant big prizes and dreams came true.

Just get rid

They only get one star as I can't put a minus in! Diabolical customer service, diabolical company. Give it to Branson or even, never thought I'd say this, back to Camelot!

One star is one too many

One star is one too many. The functionality of the app is a disgrace. I spent 14 minutes trying to buy a ticket without success. This never happened with the previous operator of the National Lottery.

Extremely poor payout

Extremely poor payout, save your money and go to a casino if you really want to gamble as the lottery instant win games are definitely the opposite!!!

New website is a major downgrade and…

New website is a major downgrade and clearly created by incompetents. It simply does not work properly now and features like chronological sorting by date no longer work for example. What does that say about the rest of the company management that they could be so asleep at the wheel to allow it? Bring back Camelot to run it PLEASE!

The new app is a joke I played the Set…

The new app is a joke I played the Set for Life on the 23rd March and I won a few wins on the tickets I played.
Logged into my account and the balance states 00. I called the lottery number and was told on their system my ticket was purchased on the 24th March for the following game on the 30th. I explained to them that’s not what it states on my account. But their not budging according to their system I didn’t play on the 23rd March.
I told them the app just isn’t working it’s not fit for purpose.
I’m going to purchase my tickets in store from now on because I don’t trust this app

Laughable

Just sack the designers who came up with this platform. Easier to navigate IKEA on a Bank Holiday. Can't wait to win the jackpot so I don't have to use this site ever again.

I had my online lottery account for…

I had my online lottery account for over 20 years and I have been buy my lottery for the month for many years now and all of a sudden since this new company takes over. Thy block me from depositing the money I need to cover all my games for the month. I called them and they told me they sent me a email which I didn’t receive and saying that the computer automatically charged my deposit limits. They said someone was going to call me back, but no calls so far. Tonight I went to buy my Thunder ball and I can’t deposit no money and I can’t use the £12 I have in the account. Alywn is a very bad company and very poor customer service. Comeback Camelot all is forgiven.

Saves me money as some days I can't buy…

Saves me money as some days I can't buy tickets, "error please try later" continues for over 6 hours. Then the web site will not allow you to use your Favourite numbers.
Trying to check previous tickets is a pain, it's not in date order and you have to filter Pending, which doesn't always work. Lots of other issues too but new company chooses to ignore feedback.

Hopeless

Hopeless, constantly get the message ‘Something went wrong’ certainly the case with whoever wrote this app! They must be losing millions, as frustrated players just give up. I cannot deposit funds, links that were so intuitive before have been removed. Sort it out!
