Absolutely ridiculous AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE THIS SITE Absolutely ridiculous. I requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago. Was requested to send all the normal kyc info which I provided. They then asked for a tax return which is completely unnecessary but I still sent it and now they want a POA apostilled document!! I have £900 in the account and it's clear they just don't want to pay out. It's completely unacceptable the hoops they are making me jump through and I doubt they are going to pay out at all. AVOID at all costs

Wrote to them15/01/2025 Regarding serious concerns Regarding Licence Violations and MCC miscodings.Unusal payment providers on CC from diffrent parts of world Kenya estonia .so forth and so on for different service .I sent a detailed explanation for my complaint and evidence to back up my complaint under the laws and licences they claim to be authorised by .
I recived 1 response acknowledgement of complaint and another asking me for ID which I sent over .This was around the 17th .I have heared nothing since .I continuously send emails asking for an update with further information on the 3rd party merchants that they have used .If this is not resolved I will go into detail on what other information I have found regarding this company and also the share the information regarding the merchants that they have used to process the funds from Cc currently I have sent them nearly 10 emails and spoke to cs who basically said they have no control over that department and I need to wait .
A bit of common courtesy would not go amiss and respond to emails to inform me what's going on .
Edit Still no response from these lot a further 3 emails sent

STAY AWAY

WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not have a gaming licence. The site is setup to essentially steal customers money. Withdrawals are impossible. The bonuses offered are designed to prevent customers from profiting due to the 40x wager requirement. So if you receive a £10 bonus, you'd have to wager £400 before you're entitled to your own money! No clear terms and conditions, only written to trick customers. The website does not provide company information.

Very impressed with the site

Got mixed up with another site on my last review so I’m back on here to give a more accurate review.

Been on the site for 6 months and i find it’s a lot better than all the negative feedback I see on the other reviews so don’t take notice to be fair, make your own mind up after joining.

Was slow to verify my account to withdraw but it’s sorted now and il look forward to my first withdraw soon.

Customer support is very good on the online chat and spend the time finding a solution.

Dreadful thieving operation

Dreadful thieving operation. Hidden charges for depositing, then continual delay in paying out. Advised would be three days, then had to email their payment team. No response, and told to wait another 48 hours for them to reply.
Update. After much kicking, shoving and pushing, I have today (29/1/25) finally received my monies. A deduction of c£14 made for some reason, but I am just glad that they have finally paid out. Further update. I have provided them with as much detail as I can regarding the charges, but they have missed point, which is that they are hidden i.e. there is nowhere on the site that mentions them.

Well please believe I've photograph evidence , I got all chats transcripts to my email so my withdrawal was pending and I uploaded my British passport, utility bill plus bank statement but that wasn't enough so there is 2 ways to spell my name one Irish and English my name is spelt in Irish all my family is my bank statements my credit union my government work pass spelt in Irish now living in Northern Ireland we are classed as UK under the Monarchy then it was Queen of England when i got my driving licence in 1989 irish names weren't allowed on British passport or uk driving licence ...thankfully that law is changed , but I just renewed my drivers licence and passport in 2024 I never in my 53 years had any problems, I can withdraw money from my bank where my first name is Irish with my british passport or licence which has my first bame in english if I don't have my card
with me ,.i even screen shotted from the government website of Northern Ireland of whom i work for , stating that and they changed the law in 2021 to allow names in irish on uk licence and passport.but we where in lockdown from covid ..so the kyc team with no first or last name member kept saying no, so i read all the terms and conditions they have on their site they only state you have to prove your the owner of the funds your placing ,so all legit pdf coppies downloaded from Halifax my statemts , a selfie holding my I'd to my chin my bank showinv my name the same i used to open national account ...jumping through so many hoops so after 72 hrs and 10 emails they rejected my withdrawal so I sent of for my drivers licence to be replaced with my forename in irish sent them.an email to let them know and now they keep ignoring emails once i told them that and it will take 3 weeks for new one to arrive
so i played a few games and over 24 hrs I swear over the bible £1200 placed in bets on fishin frenzy and not one bonus round in fact when it landed on 3 scatters one of the reels went it to reverse to take 1 scatter away you need 3 to get bonus rounds this happened a few times
So I did a few enquires so the law in any country in the world when it comes to gambling whether its sports casinos even lottery online the buisness must make you verify before placing a bet , if they don't they can't accept your bet so therefore you money has to be returned to you
I have screenshots , chat transcripts emails
On my bank statement each deposit I made of £20 each time in total £440 its showed up at least 18 different buisness from school supplies to paying a school fee my child is 36 lol for education in dubai and she doesn't live there to retail buisness in several countries

Now please avoid this company at all costs

Terrible experience

I had been waiting for almost 10 days to process my withdrawal, and still nothing has been done.

I even specifically requested to block my withdrawal requests temporarily to help resolve the issue, but nothing happened. It’s frustrating to deal with a system where no one seems to take responsibility.

On top of that, reaching your support team is a nightmare. I keep getting passed around between different departments with no real assistance. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

It’s no wonder users with problems end up losing their money to websites like this. Your platform feels like a scam.

I’ve already initiated refund procedures due to your lack of action and reliability. I sincerely hope for a positive outcome, but at this point, I’m losing all trust in your service. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Like trying to get blood out of a stone getting your winnings or replies from kyc

Trying to make a withdrawal is like trying to get blood out of a stone quick enough to take your deposits without identification and all that kyc request but U send proof and they reject your withdrawal request so I have now requested my deposits refunded or my winnings released let's see what happend now but I will be contacting the gambling commission and taking legal advice and taking it further I have never had issues with other sites I've played on making a withdrawal and on one site I won £22000 jackpot it took awhile to withdraw it with it having maximum withdrawal but they honoured the withdrawals unfortunately it seems this site does not so if no response and it being resolved I will be getting my bank to claim back the money and commencing legal proceedings

I have been trying to verify my account 3 times i have sent all documents required, each time I am informed that the document with my address on isn't sufficient, and once again I start the procedure, they are very slow at acknowledgement to my emails and at the moment they won't supply my withdrawal which is about £720, they have now informed me that my account is closed and because I made a complaintcwith my bank they have agreed the charge backs and if I complete the last part of the verification which I have been informed my bank isn't lawful they sould acknowledge the withdrawal, any advice would be appreciated

Just want to say… this is an excellent…

Apologies on the other review. I was hoping by leaving a positive review I might get my verification amd withdrwal through. Unfortunately the reality is this firm will not ever verify your account meaning, it’s impossible to withdraw your winnings. I’ve literally had funds cancelled 5 times. As for verification, I’ve submitted (passport identification, utillty bill, selife with the identifcation, tax return” and still the account is not verified. Please please avoid this site!

Don’t even deserve a star. I won £700 and have provided all documents they have asked for and they are at still requesting more. They are asking for another utility bill which I have already provided. Stay away from this site it is a scam and they are happy to steal your winnings. Also been reported to the gambling commission. Site was great to start

Site was great to start, nice bonuses and a good selection of games. However on the 24th November about 8pm, entered a promotion FRSPIN75 deposited £20, got 75% extra £15 and 51 free spins, Bonus was x 35 wager requirement £,1400 in total. I played solid for about 4 hrs, at one point up to over £500 then just after at 00:10am following morning my balance was cleaned out , I enquired and was told the promotion was over and did not meet the wagering requirements, bit strange that means I had 4 hrs to wager £,1400 to release the bonus.On there website it states the following.
You can join the promotion until 25th November, the promo runs from the
21/11/12 to 01/12/24, and wagering requirements should be completed within 30 days. So they have took my whole balance which included my £20 and kept it, yet I had 30 days to meet the wagering requirements not 4 hrs.
I have been in touch on numerous occasions which no joy, just keep saying the promo had ended, which contradicts what there own terms and conditions.
You can’t beat a casino they always find a way to keep your money.
