Scammer. They sold me a part that failed after just a few months.

When I requested a replacement, I was told I had to purchase a new part first if I wanted to replace it at the customer’s property. Only after sending the faulty part back would they issue a refund.

The part was returned several weeks ago. They confirmed receipt, yet they keep making excuses for why they cannot process the refund.

It has been over two months since this started, and we have exchanged around 30 emails. I will never use this company again. Total scam and a complete waste of time.

Be aware.

5 star. Found a brand new part for a 27 year old boiler. Dispatched and arrived next day. Installed and working perfectly! Excellent choice of courier in DPD as well. Regular updates and clear time of arrival. Would recommend these lads to anyone!

Ordered a part off amazon which was through national boiler parts. When it arrived it wasn't the correct part no. I contacted national boiler parts direct and they found the part which was correct. Delivered next day. They sorted the return and refund from amazon very efficiently for me. The service was 1st class and wouldn't hesitate to use next time. I was dealt with by Carl who really knew his stuff

Very impressed with the reconditioned pump it looked as good as new and I only expected the head and not the whole thing . Also delivered on time and now my 97 year old aunt is happy. Thanks will use again.

I ordered a replacement part for my boiler, which was subsequently cancelled less than 1hr after ordering.
I was still charged posting and packaging on the item even though it was obviously never delivered.

Waste of time, ordered a part on Monday only to be refunded on Friday, no explanation no communication. If you don't have the part don't list it as in stock.

this is honestly the best company for your boiler , my experience was great and I couldn’t recommend enough.

I ordered a refurbished circuit board for my boiler and choosing it was relatively simple due to the well put together website. Confirming the correct part is made quite simple, even for the less knowledgeable diy person.
The price was fantastic, (75% less than brand new) the delivery very prompt and the part has fixed the problem.
The really impressive thing is they even included a fitting manual with the part, proceeded by the icing on the cake, which was the manuals were open at the correct page and ready to read. This is another level in my experience of online buying!!

Used them twice recently...both parts ordered in the afternoon and arrived the next morning via DPD. Bought refurbished items...no problems. Fraction of the price of new items from elsewhere. Will use again.

You really did save my Christmas. Ordered a new boiler fan the day before Christmas eve and part arrived Christmas eve. We now have heating and hot water for Christmas. Thank you

Ordered part which was deemed defective by gas engineer but this company refused to give a refund. Ordered same part from Hannicks which worked perfectly. I don’t know how this company is allowed to sell on the Amazon platform

After my last post I still haven’t received any response from NATIONAL BOILER PARTS. Still no refund of £140 for the returned fan that was sent to me faulty.Thankfully my local supplier had one in stock which although more expensive , worked. I’ve used other boiler spares suppliers and any returns issues have been resolved quickly. Not so with NATIONAL BOILER PARTS. You only find out how good a company is when there’s a problem.

Part arrived a day after I ordered it. Fitted with no problem. F70 fault code appeared but there was a guidance enclosed how to deal with this fault which is usual as this part fits many boilers. All started to work as usual after that. Price was very reasonable and I’m glad they provide this type of service.

Clearly second hand part , filthy! Won’t respond to emails going through PayPal to try to get my money back

Utter shambles. I have tried to get in touch via email phone facebook and whatsapp and only got an answer after countless attempts.

They have still not dispatched my purchase after a month and I have now received a parital refudn from paypal (no explanation as to why it's partial or what is happenign with my purchase. Disgraceful and useless
