A really quite amazing company. Super friendly and incredibly prompt. My trusted boiler engineer asked me to order a part and it was delivered in a day. Very highly recommend.

This is a genuine review from someone who knows when to praise and criticise.
I ordered a boiler pump, yesterday to replace one which had a live to earth dead short. I didn’t get to the job until well past the 3pm postal deadline. I put my order through at 15:45. I then used the WhatsApp contact service to see if the part could possibly be put in the post at that time. I had paid for next day delivery, but after missing a WhatsApp reply, asking for my order number, I thought I had missed the boat, as I didn’t reply until almost 5pm. Two minutes later, I received another message saying that my package had already been shipped. It arrived this morning, fitted and working like a dream. Great service, great price on a reconditioned part, with a 12 month Warranty, and absolutely fantastic communication. I would clearly recommend this company to anyone needing their boiler parts.

Incredible service ordered at 17:00 and got it the next day at 9:40am I did pay for faster delivery but very happy with it. Part arrived and the boiler was back up and running in no time.

I returned a faulty item using the pre‑printed Royal Mail label provided by the retailer. Unfortunately, after well over 1 month, I still had not received a refund. I contacted the retailer multiple times but was ignored until I wrote a review on here

The lack of communication was disappointing. I have now received a refund, but it should not have taken a negative review to do so.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this retailer.

This company are amazing !!! I ordered my boiler pump and the same day received an email to say it had been dispatched. I then received updates as as to when to receive it. The pump is brilliant working order and I now have heating. I had not shopped with this company before but I shall use it again. I would recommend it . 👍😊👌

Rang to purchase a replacement PCB for my boiler on Wednesday the 18th late afternoon. explained my situation and asked could they despatch ASAP. They sent me a WhatsApp link right away so I could purchase the correct unit.
True to their word, unit arrived Friday the 20th lunchtime, fitted and working fine.

This firm communicates very well and its staff members are knowledgeable about the parts they sell.
I once had to discuss the difference between two Ideal boilers to make sure I got the correct PCB and they understood and sent photos to help me get the right one.
Their delivery times are accurate and I got my recent order within 20 hours of placing it. Not bad for Newcastle to London!

Ordered a gas boiler part,paid £3.99 to get it next working day.
After 3 working days,I contacted them both on WhatsApp and land-line.
Both instances I was faced with two incompetents,with very broken English, first literally hang up saying he'll come back after 5 mins,the other one,same accent and broken English,unhelpful.
I lost business due to their incompetence,being in the business of fixing and repairing boilers.
I would not recommend them,a very unpleasant experience,to be avoided!

under £50 including delivery
was ordered on a Friday afternoon and received the pcb
the next day
when I installed it i got the f70 code, they were at the end of the phone to help set up the new board to the boiler and it worked a treat. customer was happy with the saving too..

The team went the extra mile to source a part for a Central Heating pump that they didn’t advertise for sale including managing to post to me next day delivery. Thank you very much!

Legends, easy to deal with, competitive prices, rapid dispatch, all round good service. Genuinely would have frozen during winter waiting for heating spares but these guys got what i needed to me in good time

Bought a heat exchanger for Vaillant boiler, delivery next day, the part was better than I thought it would be, included, burner cover, gasket and electrodes, all at very competitive prices.
Will be the first place I will checking out for any other parts required
