A dream come true!
From the moment Sam from the NGSS team arrived, we felt we were in good hands. We spoke about our garden, our bees, our passion for sustainability and the reasons we wanted solar. Sam showed us all the technology that was available, we had a good chat about batteries too - we went through out bills and made sure we got the right size system for how we used energy. Everything was open, honest and informative. A few weeks later, once everything was ordered, the 12 Panel solar PV system (details in image) was installed on our home, and we were able to access the afternoon sun immediately!! The tradesmen were super friendly, and so careful with our tiled roof. We just can't quite believe that it all happened so fast, and works so well and looks SO SO GOOD. We're now awaiting the final inspection and conversion changes for the grid from our electric company so we can put any unused energy back into the grid for credits (4 to 6 week wait) - so once that all happens, I'll report back with our savings - word on the street we can expect close to $0 bills... and that added to the fact that we can use our aircon and dryer guilt free... this is just the best. Thank you NGSS for giving us such a great first-time-solar-PV'ers experience! So glad we went with you!

The sales contact was very professional and with great Information and clear correspondence. The Installation team where on time and did the job in a timely fashion, even with some inclement weather during installation. The technician that repaired the panels did not ring me to say he was on his way or even he was on-site. The repairs were done and all panels worked after that. Thank you

The increase in price for a system your size to a larger system is minimal, in most cases we would recommend going the bigger. However, this was not possible in your case. The complexities and size of your roof meant this was the best fit system for your situation. At the time of installation your system was of the highest quality available to us. It will last and perform well into the future. Again I do apologise you feel this way and please don't hesitate to call if you would like further explanation.

Great sales and install team
Got our 5.3kw solar system installed with these guys at the start of this and haven't looked back. From the sales team to the install team it was a great experience. The panels are very nice looking on our roof and they made sure I was happy with wear they were placed on the roof and gave great advice. We have saved already on our bills with bills coming in at less than $10 a month.
Highly recommended and great replacement warranty with the produce which is one of the reasons I ended up going with these guys.

Excellent service from start to finish . The first interview with Sam was sometime in June , a few phone calls after that , one visit from the installation team .. and then one in September all done and ready to go . The team was flexible to my times , so it worked well with my schedule. M very pleased with the work and happy to have known the team.

I mark it down 1 point because the installers were are bit here and there, they turn up when they were ready like on a sunday to drop off the panels with no call or email letting us know this would happen or when they would be there to install.. just turned up
