Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with, very pleasant and helpful.
Alex, Bradley and Dom did an excellent job, very helpful, very accommodating and quick work of packaging and loading our things with care. The clean up after was also done to a very good standard. The arrival time was also as expected.

Excellent removal men, not enough space.
Excellent removal men. They were polite, friendly and took control of the situation. I was impressed with their professionalism and their flexibility. I would award them both 5 stars for their work.
However unfortunately, despite having a survey undertaken by National Moves, the van which they brought was definitely not big enough and a second trip was required. The van got stuck in traffic on its return and therefore we ended up taking 11 hours to move house 40 minutes away.

Very accommodating
First thing to mention, I got my dates mixed up and when I called National Moves to find out where they were they politely informed me I had booked them in the following day. They were really helpful and super kind by still coming over at the end of their day to help me move.
Alex kept me informed all day as to their ETA which really lowered my stress levels. The guys who came around were friendly and professional and worked fast.

Amazing company!

The team of Alex, Dominic, Anicet and Bradley were excellent. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. They did a superb job of wrapping our large furniture items and removing and loading all our possessions. They checked with us throughout the task to ensure they were taking the correct items and leaving the items that were not going into storage. We will not hesitate to recommend National Moves to others.

I would avoid at all costs

I would avoid. After having a very bad and in my opinion abusive experience I wrote a bad review and now they are threatening me with a defamation lawsuit if I don’t remove my bad review. So now I am writing this because I feel bullied and intimidated.

National Moves had made several attempts to discuss your outstanding balance, which was eventually recovered 7 weeks after your move. Six months after your invoice was cleared, you had raised a query, which was immediately reponded to.
As you already aware, your account is now being handled by the legal team, and any further questions should be addressed to them.
