Rear screen replacement.
Engineer arrived promptly on the day. Laid out protective sheets on drive in area of screen replacement and advised me to keep clear for my own safety during the replacement operation. Vacuumed up all the broken glass debris on completion. And completed the whole operation in just over an hour - great job done. Thank you.

Three repairs to windscreen
The repairs were pushed back a day which was fine as I was kept well informed. They were carried out at my work place which was handy and the chap kept me well informed as to when he would arrive.
I was a little bit disappointed that the chips were still visible after the repair but the chap did say this happens sometimes and two were on the passenger side and the other not in my line of sight so not a huge issue.
Overall, very happy with the repair chap and the overall service.

If at first you don’t succeed
My first appointment was frustrating because once the team went to fit the windscreen, they discovered a flaw in the glass. I had to rebook for another appointment which was- as said- frustrating. However, it wasn't the team’s fault and they were very apologetic and most accommodating when booking me back in. The second visit was efficient and finished ahead of time. Much appreciated.

Great service and super product
Great service and super product, unable to fit in the rain so offered alternative venue at their local depot which I accepted and windscreen was fitted straight away and I was able to drive home.
