Great communication from the employees

Recently had windshield replaced on our…
Recently had windshield replaced on our Mercedes, airbag warning light was on straight after I collected the car. Was told of it doesn’t disappear come back. Was told by costumer services to go back today they’re making a bunch of lies not to assumed they’re fault. Car won’t pass mot because of this now! Jam was an absolute disaster dealing with it. If you’re not qualified don’t accept services, from previous reviews I can tell you are just a rubbish company. First and last time using this. Avoid at all costs! Will be going to an ombudsman after this. During the removal of the old windscreen, the wiring harness for the roof liner or curtain airbags may have been damaged, the law says Return to the Installer: This is considered a liability issue for the auto glass company. They should scan the car, identify the specific code, and rectify it. Not leave the costumer to deal with it as it can be an expensive repair for the damage they’ve done.

Good communication and flexibility
The team kept me updated when there were unforeseen delays with the repair due to one of their vans breaking down and got to me as soon as they could the same day. They were then happy to work around me needing to do the school run. The repair itself was very quick.

The technician that came on the Wednesday was great
The technician that came on the Wednesday 17th December was great. But the first call to my Insurance company when the incident happened on the Saturday 13th December was poor. I had to contact the Insurance company back as they didn't respond giving me an answer about the day of repair. The National Windscreen depot I was told was shut on Saturdays so had I waited patiently I wouldn't have heard the repair date until the coming Monday. This was annoying. Had I been told the situation better on the Saturday I would have been happier. This was more the fault with my insurance company than your company but it was the overall experience that was a bit poor. The job your technician did was great though.
