Very professional
The team initially came to my home to fix a small chip but very reasonably couldn’t fix the massive crack running along the very bottom of the windscreen which I had failed to notice!
An appointment at their site was swiftly scheduled and the work was carried out there while I used their comfortable lounge/coworking space. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Thank you.

Replace sunroof
Good service and friendly staff although my car did come out dirtier than it went in thought they could have wiped the bonnet and sides even though they couldn't clean the roof because of the repair

Four visits to sort my windscreen
It took four visits to sort my windscreen, and even then the wipers had not been refitted correctly. The first visit, the technician ripped the rubber seal. He also destroyed irreplaceable owners club stickers, and the DAB ariel. After his second visit, the windscreen leaked and the window trim had been bent out of shape. On the third visit, five days later a different technician broke the new windscreen. On the fourth visit, a different technician fitted a new windscreen, but the wiper arm had been bent meaning the wipers didn't clear the screen properly. Which I only found out during a heavy downfall on the M6.
Whilst I accept that on an older car things happen, don't put me to the back of the queue every time. a bit more care taken on the original appointment would have been sufficient. I’m self employed and had to keep taking time off work to wait for various technicians. This simple repair took two weeks to sort, and £150. I would not recommend this company again. I only used them because of my insurance company.
