Very friendly team. Great waiting room - tasty, fresh coffee, comfy chairs, work desk if needed - all very clean. Kept me informed of progress and even allowed me to walk their dog. I’m not used to saying this for any car repairs waiting - ever !

Their local supplier did an amazing job fitting the rear windscreen, cleaning up any residual glasses splinters. Arrived and delivered on time, while being friendly and professional with good communication.

Very good but depot miles away
They did a very good job and very pleased with the replacement. My only issue is that yhey don't have many depots as the car had to go in to have the widscreen replaced. It was miles away and not many things to do for 4 hours while I had to wait...

Unable to make contact by phone to make appointment.
It took 2 visits to replace windscreen. Worst thing was trying to contact National Windscreen by phone. Phones were not answered either at nearest depot or head office .

Wave goodbye to your automatic wipers
Since having my windscreen replaced. My automatic wipers no longer work, despite specifically asking the fitter about the sensor when the windscreen was initially fitted.
