The technician arrived a day before
The technician arrived a day before, which was in my favor. It was raining, so couldn't get the job done at home. I had to drive down to the outlet and I was ok with it.
Job done with out issues.
Car was left dirty. Only realised after I reached home.

Fixing the problem was excellent but the automated system for paying in advance was a nightmare. Fortunately I was able to pay the engineer in cash when he came to fix the windscreen.
