A new windscreen for a small “CHIP”
They were very helpful and certainly efficient.
If this was typical of the sort of service you get, then I certainly would recommend them. I hope the insurance company also thought it got a good deal, after all they guided me to National Windscreens.

Excellent Service and installation
The process of organising the replacement was simple and speedy. The technician was very pleasant and friendly and the installation excellent.
My only downside. The ‘manager’ at the establishment may have been having a bad day or is just not a people person. I felt like i was an inconvenience to him.
Overall, the replacement was excellent, the person actually doing the job was excellent, and the process of dropping off my car and picking up again was excellent.
Loses 1 star for the ‘reception’ i received. First impressions and all that.

Good customer service
Good customer service from National Windscreens, received call to explain what date, received messages day before to advise mechanic would be attending and what to do in advance and received call on the day from the mechanic confirming when he would arrive. Mechanic very competent and courteous and explained how long it would all take.

Great service
Great service! There was a slight hiccup when my bonnet wouldnt open, but the gentleman just marked the job as incomplete until I could get it fixed and then once fixed, I got another appointment within a couple of days. Quick, efficient service. Knowledgeable customer service. Couldn't fault it!
